Can you make a video about what to do when tje party is over. Do client take down decorations or is it you? Do you leave flowers to the client or take them home for yourself? If client is like 100 km away and you go to install the decorations, do you stay for the night in a hotell to clean it all up the next day?
When the party is over it all depends on the venue policy and what was in the contract when your client signed. Mostly if you are the decorator you leave and come back once it’s over to collect your stuff .
Congratulations on your business! Your work is exquisite. I was a florist 15 years ago, and my specialty was weddings. That is where I really shined. And the one thing I always told my brides is that they will have the only wedding that I would do that weekend and they would have my personal cell number. They could call me anytime and my crew, and I would go out of our way to do anything they needed to help them on that day. I have cut cakes, put out chairs, helped the bride with her dress, and just mainly stayed near her until she relaxed at her reception. People love the service and the extra attention. I miss the industry. Congratulations again.
