Wow. Never knew that. That’s crazy. Is this the case as well for aftermarket greasable ball joints? I have mevotec TTx ball joints. Would this apply to them as well?
Buyer beware!!! These CVs are junk, and no support from the manufacturer! I am replacing these on my truck with a different company, rather than continue wasting money on excessive return shipping charges which have added up to be double the price of just buying OEM to begin with, not to mention all the labor of repeated change outs. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from these failures waiting to happen..
Ummmm. My Montero diagrams show this module somewhere in the center of the truck. This 'help vid' does no thelp at all, but came up when I searched for a Montero.
They fail because of Walkers cheap approach to quality. I have had 4 walkers all had cracks in manifold less than 4 yr later. Replaced under warranty but still poor quality. Welds look like a beginner did them steel used is subpar at best. Improve your quality Walker
If the OEM (longer) passenger side CV/axle has a rubber dynamic balancer......will the Cardone unit have one too?...many aftermarket axles don't include this. And if not.....why not?

It is not that complicated for toyota and Honda. Just drive it deflate under 25 psi and re-inflate it, the sensors will relearn by itself without doing anything in Toyota and Honda.
