Can you verify your information please? I can only make such a statement as I was informed by the staff there that the warranty will be honoured by Singapore Harvey Norman.
That is not water hammer issue. This is more like pipe vibration caused by wore out faucet washer gasket. Replacing either the faucet or just the washer gasket (if you can find one) should eliminate vibration problem.
Besides price, shouldn't the quality of their work important too? How do you know the cheapest will also deliver at least acceptable (note I am not after best) quality.
Basically quality boils down to what's included in the quote, brand names, material, finishings. So all these need to be accounted for. The IDs do not control the quality, this is usually subcontracted out to independent carpenters and subcontractors so unless you deal directly with the company, it's not easy to determine final quality. The same ID may use carpenter A for your friend but use carpenter B for you, resulting in very different results
@WhitelyBlack my quote n your quote will be very different that's because I have a lot of custom carpentry and glass. It's for a condo. However you have to build the excel on your own based on the first quote
@@ThePunggolHandyMan I've come across it twice, usually the breadmaker is left unused for a long period and the element absorbs moisture. Most people would throw it out, but using your method it's an easy fix. The first one I did was on a circuit without an earth leakage breaker. The 2nd one I just kept selecting bake and resetting the breaker till it worked. :)
Hey you didn't do it correctly... there is a certain amount of each you use, followed by boiling water... vno chemicals ..and do it once a month ... natural
Hi, what if my neighbour downstairs complain about the loud noise? I ever heard my upstairs pipe kept on pushing (not sure what plunger they use) the U pipe. It was so annoying and took a long time before they quieten down.
I followed your steps but at 2:31, my mixer head (?) doesn't come off at all unlike yours. not even loose. worse of all, the little Allen screw that was holding everything together got stuck in the tiny hole and I was left with a worse situation than I had started. this is the problem with DIY and what generally puts me off 😞 I managed to pry the screw out with much difficulty, only for it to fall back into the hole while I was trying to screw it back in. luckily I managed to do it a second time round and fixed it again. my water pressure issue wasn't solved but at least it is still working now.
Professionals dont dry it out for you. They replace the element. we dont wanna face the same customer a few times making customer think we are doing trial and error work.
I'm afraid I have to agree with the comments below. Hot water down the sink for a few minutes, the correct amount of baking soda and vinegar, wait 5-10 mins, and than you MUST flush with boiling water and it does do the job. What you shouldn't do when you use a foaming cleaner, is wash the waste back down the pipe. Scoop it out and than flush, again, with boiling water, since most of your clogs are food waste & soap this works great. Another tip, NEVER put anything down your sink except water and always scrap dishes into the trash before washing. The less that goes down the drain the better. Garbage disposals are a HUGE mistake, especially for septic systems.
Perfect guidance, please can u share how to replace a legrand 15 a switch with indicator. I am confused where the 2 black wires at the bottom of switch are to be connected
I have been looking for how to solve the problem for over 8 months. Finally solved. Thanks a million, I asked a few plumbers and couldn’t get an answer.
Hi. I already installed the doorbell inside kitchen. Tested and works fine. But the doorbell switch outside gate just doesnt work when pressed. What is the cause?
