She had a Christian gospel album and now she’s on broadway in a role that casts spells???!!! Unbelievable! Deuteronomy 18 clearly says That God does not want us to cast spells. Just be secular dear. Stop going back and forth because you are sending our young people the wrong message! Stop misleading people!!
This bombed because they needed to use actual Kpop stars - otherwise it is just an imitation of the real Kpop - sorry but that is the truth. Kpop fans are going to watch a real Kpop idol group perform over a Kpop musical.
Just an opinion, but Ben Platt in any theater role is just incredibly underwhelming to me. There's certainly no gravitas in this whatsoever. But I also recognize other people may feel differently
I'm still obsessed with this song a year later. I see in the comments it was originally meant for the movie credits, but with the revival being a bit heavier on the chorus it would be a killer song to fit in after the curtain call or something.
I don't get why she's so still. Not sure if that's explained at all somewhere in the musical or something, but it seems like an odd choice. She doesn't move her head or body at all and is just frozen in that presenting the potion position. Sounds great though!
I need an original cast recording asap and I hope this motif reprises throughout the musical multiple times. It has been stuck in my head for a week now.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again I absolutely adore Gaten he’s always got such a great personality and good vibe about him he’s been that way ever since he was younger. The people who meet him say he’s super nice and I believe them I know he’s a kind guy he’s such an amazing and talented actor he is my most favorite actor.
