Repaint the door yellow to properly FENG SHUI and take out that funky seating by trail and move it away from dining room window…. Then and only then will it sell…..
Great house. Needs a little bit more yard front and esp. back. 3rd floor, attic, you will hit your head going to sit down on that couch, better to use as a guest bedroom or storage. Other issue: Portland, OR is a horrible place to live now, since March, 2020-- so no way, no matter how nice the house.
I like everything but the washer/dryer location without a door and lack of garage/ off-street parking. Add a half bath, third story, and add a garage, and I would buy it.
What's the reason for not listing the home price? Probably to get people to call or text you? I've seen a few of your vids and they are all 800 square feet with no pricing or HOA's. Any of these homes, new, in the John's Landing area? Thanks and have a good one.
Super cute. Wish backyard was a little bigger. Need an additional bathroom, at least a half bath downstairs. Need a window in on the shower wall. Problem is this place is located in Portland, Oregon which has become a hell hole, like most of California is now and many big cities since March, 2020. Love that there are no HOA fees and that it is eco-friendly as stated in the listing link above. ; )
