as a horde player, the big story was lost on me. moving out of high school the house of friends i rented REQUIRED everyone to have a WoW account. 10 of us lived there. i was lvl 20 or such, they told me of this place WAY over in alliance territory. i was not excited to run through STV and corpse hop on my warlock. they escorted me part of the way before i was burnt out and told them to go on with out me. on my way back i was mesmerized by the clifs, the trees, this gaping ravine with a river flowing through it far below.... I noticed fish, they appeared as skulls to me.... what level was this zone i wondered, what would i find once i started to explore here? how long it would take me to level up - JUST THEN the fucking fish teleported infront of my face and one shot me! i lay dead, yet again, to run back to my corpse..... i logged off for the night.
brill was the RP city on my realm. (RPPVP) i remember being lvl 36 or so, running to SM on my lock. i come across a small group just out side of UC. i decide to follow, leadig to ring of players huddled around a female charecter. they are role playing a pregnancy. in fades a lvl 1 orc, having just logged on. emoting 'mamma'. it was at this point i had to meet my group to slay the library. this is what i remember most about tirisfal glades.
ive played WoW for a decade. never played alliance past level 5. we usedto roll a level 2 horde toon and twink it out. go to alliance starting areas and goad people into tripping pvp. man those were teh days
Cute video, this isn't really a lore video so much as it is an attempt at an ASMR overview of the zone's quests though. Not much lore or history going on.
Interesting question. Giving it some time to think about, I see it this way: While the Highborne were exiled for their reckless use of arcane magic, which nearly destroyed Azeroth, the druids’ connection to the arcane in forms like the Moonkin is more about balance and respect for nature rather than raw power. It’s less about the magic itself and more about how it’s used and the intent behind it.

I checked, and there are only 2 instances of 'by Elune herself' in the entire script or anything similar in that regard, spread far apart on pages 3 and 9. I get that Elune herself (pun intended) is mentioned a lot, but then again, she had alot to do with the Wildkin of the world.
@@TheChroniclesofAzeroth 1:35, 6:11, 8:16, 7:00, 9:05, 17:44, 20:09, 20:30, 21:45. Scrubbed the video quickly and these are the times I can find Elune being used more than needed (overall in combination, obviously Elune does need to be mentioned, this is just the excess of it all tied together). For brevity I tried not to include times Elune was mentioned for importance connecting to quests or the story of the land, I also did not include all the times "goddess of the moon" was mentioned unnecessarily which would nearly double the amount of time stamps. Its definitely not possible to make a video about the Moonkin without mentioning Elune, just feels a bit excessive. All of this said, I am not trying to be rude or discourage you from making your videos because I do like them. Sometimes it just feels like you're trying to reach the word count on an essay by repeating the same thing in different ways and for me, it takes away from the enjoyment of the video. If anything, please just take this as gentle criticism because I really don't mean to put you down for the hard work you put into your videos. Perhaps instead of focusing on one type of creature per video, you could feature one zone per video and give a run down on each creature in the zone to avoid tripping over the same subject coming up over and over again. Like your "lore of (this area)" series, but focusing on the beasts rather than the overarching story of the zone.
Thank you Loremaster for another amazing video. Love the tribute at the end. The various zones brings back memories of trying to capture the many unique pets found throughout the zone.

The Owlbears of Azeroth, great beings, glad I am part of a guild called "Cult of Elune", we are a guild of all druids and when we raid, most of the dps are these guys lol
