Sounds super simple but I love frying like 3 eggs with a can of chicken and mixing that in with half of a bag salad. Super good and feels / is really healthy.
Also it's really cheap if you're looking for a healthy cheap meal. I think for me the bag sald is around $4 (so $2 per meal) eggs are like $0.25 a piece and the can of chicken is only $3 so total cost is around $6 tops. You can lower that if you make your own salad and buy the larger egg cartons.
Runner here. I rarely if ever use a treadmill. Being outside has so many benefits for physical and mental health. Saying that hard intervals on a treadmill have good benefits

as a southerner most people here say yes sir, yes ma'am. i say it all the time out of habit but i would never force my kids to say it. just saying yes or no means the same thing as long as it's not said with anger
You know they just do it for the clout cause if they are really that afraid of being creeped on, they would have their own equipment at home to work out in complete privacy. But nope, they are just so plainly pathetic....always playing the victim, when they are clearly the perpetrator.
These seem like very good parents with hard working well adjusted kids who will do well in life. Pretty ridiculous having a grown man giving commentary on these very respectful and good families when the only perspective this RU-vidr has is that of being the child. Kids in these families seem like the best kids on the block.
