I just came across the Leviticus website after learning about Mits Kawashima.. Its pretty interesting information on the site but the one thing that confuses me is about consuming meat fat and the intestinal tract.. Would like to know the science behind that

I once read an article from him about progressive micro over-loading but I cant remember how much weight was recommended so the body wont notice it. Was it 500grams or 250grams increases?

The old site is definately dead, but I haven't had a chance to buy from Leviticus11 since maybe 2017 (I think that was the last time, maybe more recent) but there's no contact info there, I might try rommellaw.com; though the last time I talked to Mike (email is dead too) he no longer acknowledged ever being involved with them (even though there are videos of seminars he did for them.) I'll keep photos of sticking point smasher, samson cable, tapered wrist roller; all good and someone with tools could make them if the site is defunct .
@@incorectulpolitic Are you talking about the 1.25 lb weights he sold for use with a barbell? They allowed you to increase the weight in 2.5 lb increments, instead of the usual 5 lb increments.

its almost sad that this is surprising but these days it is, old men typically have "old man" strength from living so long their muscle fibers become much denser (if you use them enough)

Look at what civilization did to this planet, I don't think there is any point in it. I'd rather us women go ahead in academics and career than breeding mindlessly. Contrary to popular belief, our most important 'job' in life is not to be mothers, but to simply be who we really want to be. Motherhood is a choice, not an obligation. And you'd be susprised how low the birth rates are in Eastern Europe currently. We are on par with the West on this one, and I think that this is a good thing. It means that more women in our generation are smart enough to not fall for tradition and gender expectations.
Omg, I can't believe this kind of garbage exists. How dehumanizing. I'm EEuropean myself and I honestly wouldn't call American women crazy. To me, the whole American culture comes off as incredibly crazy. In the end, the men and the women over there deserve one another. The men aren't any less crazy than the women. They just express their craziness in different ways. The overall cultural mentality and general way of thinking in USA is incredibly counter-productive to harmony and balance in society and relationships. I've met selfish and entitled people everywhere, but nothing compares to what I've met in USA. Plus, their idea of freedom and personal space is really twisted, to the point where everyone is so self-centered and focused on self, that they forget how to function in their interpersonal relationships, be they friendships, familial or romantic. And they're way too emotionally unstable, both men and women. Just my two cents, don't take my opinion as a fact, it's just my observation as someone who is born and raised in a Eastern culture. Gaia Spring You as women should not be allowed to tinker with civilization using the 35 year failed experiment called feminism (the false equality). You as a woman are not capable of understanding how to build a civilization, because women are by nature the takers in society, not the creators. Women gave birth to civilization and men created civilization... equally important… but two very different unequal functions. It is as simple as that. The Genders are equally important, but we are not equal. Our civilization would not exist if we were. Women were made to reproduce… not to produce.
