This is the saddest thing I have ever seen. The Bassist is just standing there no charisma nothing and I bet they regret firing vortex, mustis and barker
Love the first riff so much. Such cool minor variations to it leading up to the first chorus. I don't think people realize how deceptively tricky all of Josh's songs are to play. Really awkward at times, like the riff at 1:47 that keeps coming back throughout the song.
I don't actually, I ended up learning this one by ear. I don't do that often, however Josh uses a lot of power chord based riffs so it was pretty simple for me to figure them out, especially throughout most of Death Atlas + watching him live in person. I may consider tabbing the stuff I know out someday if enough people are asking, and my advice is to check out some live videos, study how people in covers play, compare it to the song, and if something doesn't sound correct that's where your ears and practice do the work! I hope you can figure it out, these songs are so much fun and satisfying to play. Cheers!
@@kumquat2728 that's actually something I've been considering for a long time! Thank you for the suggestion, I just might take the initiative, especially if people will enjoy it.
@@JonathanFredlundI’m a little late but would love to see this tabbed out, could definitely learn from just watching alone but the tabs are a huge help too! And one thing too with that main riff with the suspended chords the way it sounds to my ear is the 6 notes played after the power chord is actually a 5-4-3-5-4-3 on the D# string, and when you move down to the 4th fret it’s 4-3-2-4-3-2, try it out and let me know if it sounds like that or not if you could!
Great channel!! Keep up the good work. I recommend you google smzeus . c o m!!! It’s a great tool to have when your trying to grow your social media or promote your videos!!
Sick work man; really fast, tight rhythm work. Cattle is definitely not easy. Killer playing and I dig the Solar 🤘😎🤘 -Best of luck on your music and your channel, and much support from one player to another. Liked and subbed.
Thanks! I actually had to learn this by ear and by watching Josh play live. I also saw them live twice, too, so I paid a lot of attention to how he played certain things. He plays in half step down from standard. Theres a lot of really fast and intricate things going on and I tried to get the general idea of it. My best advice would be to check out some videos of them playing live and try your best to emulate it. I hope that helps! Perhaps I'll try to tab stuff out some day and see if people say its correct or not lol
Sick job with this one my dude! Those upbeat riffs and shreds certainly aren’t easy but you killed it. Will always be my favorite band for sure! I attempted the Witch Trials solo not long ago if you want to check it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-loHgd8pTOks.html. Would mean the world to me bro to hear your critique on how to improve! Keep up the great work though my guy, looking forward to more videos from you! 🤘🏻
