Here at Josh's World Travel we are really just basic tourists just like you only I enjoy making (hopefully) helpful videos about these destinations! I strive to give an honest guide for each location based on my perspective including what I found important to know, enjoyable, or not as much. We also offer a condensed version of each guide in our "5 minutes or less" series. New Videos on Mondays!
There are a Ton of trapped spirits. They are called Demons! I’ve lived there off and on since I was 7 years old. It’s a Great place to VISIT…. Only. That Island is very oppressed. Lovely again for a visit. The bars are filled almost daily there. I was just there a couple months ago and hung out with my hood friend that I haven’t seen in 9 years.. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE was the same. 🍹🥃🍺🍺 the food although is second to none! Love me some fresh seafood! Great history. You Really Need to watch what neighborhood you go in . Stick to the main places like the strand and seawall… ❤
Solid report! Coffee Waves rocks!! Great staff, great coffee and sandwiches! Most of our days in Port A begin and ends there. When you walk in the front door, there's water level mark from the Hurricane Harvey flood. Also check out Iries restaurant for upscaleish local flavor.
The number one thing YOU need to know is the residents think the over tourism sucks, too crowded. stop advertising port a, you are ruining it for everyone. go away.
Always say there is power in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ it is your own tongue it will enters into your heart you will be blessed your own life. Thanks God for the gifts of wisdom I'm sharing with you all
Thank you for this ❤you were straight to point and precise. I am starting to learn so simple phrases , but I know I’m gonna butcher the beautiful French language, but it’s the effort that counts
Now the truth is you leave out what's going to be dangerous sometimes at certain streets certain blocks most up half of the middle of Galveston is mostly ghetto not all Galveston safe
Because you got to intervene so they don't get hurt it also puts Newton kids in danger and I don't like what you leave out you straight up what's down here a lot of homelessness a lot of b******* it's not even safe to have kids sometimes at night down here
That's a bunch of bulshit watch your back people might jump you they might steal your car when I steal your stuff you don't know what's out here in Galveston to make Galveston look all safe and nice what about the ones that the struggle you bring more people down here not knowing what you bringing you also bring people money but you know what those other people who get robbed those people who get jump putting kids in danger you know if you're not from Galveston you wouldn't know how it works down here you make it seem so nice what about the people who have to step in when some people are not from down here before they get their stuff shot or get their stuff into something they don't want to get into any have to step in
Josh, This was great. Very informative. You explained why they call it a red light district. But, you say not to sleep on Galveston? Very confusing. Aside from this quizzical statement, this is a superlative presentation!
I believe he is Meaning don't rest to much, or u will miss every amazing thing.. at least that's how I took it. We were there 2 weeks in 2019 n still feel the need to see things we missed, headed there in June this yr.. gonna stay in bolivar this time tho n ferry back and forth, yay..
I like the coffee recommendation. When I go on vacation I always want to know where I can find the relaxation annnnnd the best brew (coffee) available. Thanks for the tips.
I took the red light district tour. it was overpriced and the tour guide pressured the whole group for a tip at the end. He kept repeating himself about a tip. I was going to tip him but he was aggressive about it. Horrible experience.
Nice video. Thanks for the love from Texas. I hope to visit your state one day. We love our city and our Commonwealth, with all our history. I appreciate the love you showed us here.
Lol, a little homeless problem! I am a Washingtonian and think Seattle has been ruined by the liberal politics. Remember CHAZ!! Certain areas you need to avoid!! Same can be said about Portland. Also in ruin. It’s sad. I’m glad as an outsider you are positive about the area. We’ve seen so much decline and the politics are leftist, so we are moving to Texas!!
THE TRUTH IS THAT YOU MIGHT BE BEATEN,KILLED,ROBBED,TORTURED,LIED TO,ETC.!!!! AND THATS JUST THE PUBLIC OFFICIALS!! NO JOKE,DO NOT COME TO GALVESTON,EVER!!!
