As one who shops and buys on Poshmark, I recommend at least one photo where you didn't remove the background. Often times photos with the background removed can seem to alter the colors. Best of luck!

Off topic for this video, but when you do the waterfall strategy, do you manually change OTL to 30% and 40% on Monday and Wednesday, then change it back to 20% on Posher VA?
So there are 2 kinds of offer settings on PVA. Auto offers are always set for 20% for automatic offers on the like. Then on Monday I will go and set the 30% bulk offers to go out then when that is done running I will change the bulk discount to 40% and then that run on all items then same thing for 50. I may do another video on this people seem confused.

Thank you for sharing all this! How do you keep the dog treats shelf-stable? I have tried this particular business idea myself but this was always an issue.
They last a while but I wouldn't say they last forever. I make a batch and they keep a few weeks in airtight container for my dog but I'v never seen how long they would last, she eats them all LOL. My recipe is just almond flour, PB, water, cinnamon and flax so there is no dairy or fruit or anything that would go bad I guess.

I don't wash the clothes but I always inspect them first before shipping in case they do need to be washed. However, just this last week, I was given 2 stars for a Harley Davidson t-shirt. When I reached out as to why, they said "item cleanliness." I told them I did not wash the shirt before shipping but it was in clean condition when I packed it. Still doesn't matter because I got 2 stars and that was their opinion :(

Not exactly. If you aren't doing it as a business then much of my tips don't apply. I would say all the sales tactics do but if I were you I would list low and share like crazy. What is your closet maybe people would be interested in sourcing from you. Travel the world! That's amazing!
Rebecca I am just getting started. Have watched SO many research vids (yours & others) + joined groups + bought your $20 Info bundle!!!! (etc) (I am a methodical researcher w/notes before I leap & fail (too) greatly, knowing i will obvi make many mistakes as i keep learning) ••••This might be ignorant Q since I havent populated my closet yet •••But the OBVI Q to me (?) that I havent heard anyone comment on yet = •••Dont you need LIKES first in order to be able to even send progressive/aggressive offers?? •••IF I am pricing HIGH to allow for later great offers ~ doesnt that mean I likely (wont) get many likes ~ Even if I 1.) have great products 2.) known brands/trends & 3.) Use all the best Kewords.... •••IF I DONT GET LIKES 1st, isnt that the core name of the game as STEP 1? Cant offer until they LIKE, (is that correct??) •••OR is there some other way to send 20% 30% great offers on closet items to.... (Followers??) •••CONFUSED!! 😮 THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Great question! So the goal is to sell things. So I don't really want likes or to send offers I want to sell. Ideally in a perfect world people would just buy it and that does happens sometimes. Then next best is people on PM are conditioned to get offers and send offers so they like and see what happens or they like because they want to go back to the item later like a bookmark. Then you can send offers to the likers and that is the next best option. Then you can keep sending offers to remind people about your item and the good deal if your price is high enough because you can send higher offers. If you only priced low you couldn't send multiple offers and you would miss the opportunity to get in front of the buyer over and over. I believe that multiple offers are more effective than price low and wait and see. There is a trade off but I believe worth it. This works for me and for many others that try it but it may not work for all if the items are not worth a higher price. The items have to have value for this to make sense.
@@RebeccaTheReseller just to clarify: as a newbie: is there a grear strategy for drumming up likes? IE: obvi getting products visible to ppl, ensuring proper presentation (pics/title/info( for best SEO, best keywords used etc etc) But beyond that, with SALES as the agreed GOAL: Step 1 is to get products SEEN, Step 2 is to get Audience to LIKE, Step 3 is to be able to send smart OFFERS to LIKERS & use those steps w stragegies for SALES. Can you do a video focused on those first STEPS? ..you've described the perfect listing and perfect keyword etc. But is their any stratgey to drumming up product LIKES? as that is such a pivotal step in the chain, correct? (you cant send an offer strategy unless someone first LIKES the product, is that true??) OR are there other ways to send offers to perhaps your followers or even perhaps the people that you follow? Is the only way to send those strategic offers to LIKERS? or can Poshmark offers be sent in others ways to work around that? IE, you mentioned periodic sales etc. etc. various other strategies, which I assume??? You are doing that to all of your followers, correct??? if so much is based on reacting to item LIKES, it might be EZ for an experienced Poshers w many followers, but how to drum those up if just starting? (IE: Relisting items every (60?) days? sp they are more likely to show up in the SEO PM "Just In" category?) (knowing sales dont really happen from the home feed) Does that make sense? i'm wondering if you could talk a bit in a video about the middle section of the chain .... I love your videos on the first steps (creating the perfect listing) and the last steps (perfect sale strategies for offers and other sales etc. etc. to be noticed) But perhaps you could explore the middle pivotal section of getting buyers to actually notice your products and therefore having the opportunity to send those critical offers .... to make the sale! #1 goal! thats my big "?" in the process as a newbie about to load up & launch my closet w 100-200 items from scratch... need to then be able to follow up in tagent w moving products to builf momentum & flow... I just attempted to install Posher VA, and got a message that I did not qualify. I am new to Poshmark, so is it my newbie status or small inventory that got rejected?
My 2 cents- we do a lot of share shows. Most people like the list of measurements in one picture. Mostly P2P & Length. Measure pants flat on the back, rise, & inseam. I hope this helps ❤.
In regards to weekly bulk price drop, are all your items starting at the same price ($50), so you know not to price under $26? It seems like a lot of work to figure out your lowest possible listing price if you have a closet full of items at all different prices. What are your thoughts/advice?
I don't need to figure anything out, I just set my PosherVA settings and it does all that math for me. I kust click 3 buttons and walk away. Its amazing! All items are at different prices so it would be a nightmare if I had to do all that work.
right now only on PM, its easy and I like to not have to worry about ebay intense policies, i have had love hate with ebay.....mercari is awesome and I loved selling there and made good money but Im good with just focusing on PM now plus the other diverse income streams I have outside of reselling

Im pretty sure i have it on medium, the more listings you get the more fast you need it to go so you can fit all the shares in, but the total number of shares will go down
You can do it a few different ways, but relisting means making a copy of your listing and deleting the old listing so that you have a fresh one that seems new.
