Do you want to be specific in what "math and facts" you disagree with? Here is the thing- a fact is a fact whether you agree with it or not that's what defines a fact. Working full time and minimum hourly wage, and a little above and no company benefits won't be enough earned social security to afford a monthly rental apartment. Also, many jobs are part time, and one has to be available when needed in order to get 20 hours +. Some jobs are so physical that you can't work 8 hours non-stop. Some jobs will cause disability before one retires at full age. It is great that the issues are in the working. Many has to work two jobs just to support themselves. Due to all that and the family nuclear unit is negative, and this can cause potential crimes. Apartments are built so small and compact with wall-to-wall carpets with small space to live normally with an upkept of cleaning bacteria free environment. A two-bedroom apartment can legally house 5 people and a two-bedroom apartment can house 9 people. How can a small standard cubical kitchen be functional for two people to cook healthy meals together with small cooking surface? It is great that changes will be improved for affordable housing. It is really needed.

America, a trusted and better friend for the continent of Africa compared to Europe?. This being that Africa has no imperialism history with America. Before Europe kidnapped people, raided villages etc for slaves supply chains. Slaves who laboured for free for centuries for Europe on American soil. But it is the very same Europe who wiped out American natives, established themselves and brought African slaves to build their establishments for them. This branch of Europeans are better and more trustworthy friends compared to their relatives back home in Europe. Without the slave trade, Europe would invent imperialism? Certainly slavery did not exist as the ultimate permanent foundation for European power either directly from Europe or abroad on the continent of Africa?. What about how this very America today year 2024 does whatever it can to oppress and push freedmen into their place? This same America who produced a first black president for clown show? What did Obama do for nobody in America or Africa who are blacks? What does that tell you about America's true nature towards blacks? It is an insult to injury to say that someone who built themselves from murdering, kidnapping, raiding, raping, oppressing, slave labour and destiny aborting your future is now a better friend than his nephew who still lives at home!. No America was not there in Berlin, but the whole world knows that America is the ultimate Western Power! But it is you with your history, still ongoing today who thinks otherwise. Honestly, America relates to any African country in terms of colonialism? Why on earth they never took no white butt to the International Criminal Court? Why is America as much interested in looting like Europe?. What kind of businesses have the authentic America established in Africa? Businesses which employs natives and generates local income by white Americans anywhere in Africa? Name one. Nah, all American businessess which profits locals are Diasporas owned, the very slaves snatched away!. Which proves that white Americans who are the power and money of America does not give a damn just like europeans. A person makes you a slave today, tomorrow nephew comes from France, next month cousin from Italy, next year you meet uncle from Ireland. And you be talking about all these strangers, lol, people coming from the same family compound are not crowds of people! But this is just Western game, so that they can forever persuade you to mingle with them for their profit. If today young brother Switzerland pissed you off bad, tomorrow older sister Sweden can become your new business partner of giving your food away for free! Sweden hurts you, UK is ready to meet you in two hours time, lol!. "Africans feels inferior when meeting white Americans, white Americans feels superior meeting Africans". So now, it is the sole responsibility of inferior African to labour about bringing solution to this, such as how good and beneficial for all if white America humbled themselves! Lol, where is white America in even suggesting this? For why they have always met you as superior to you? They clearly intentionally chose to be superior, and here you are without them finding solution to how and why they should humble themselves for mutual benefit. Do they even want mutual benefit?
