@@arnaldocerra7218 Pinecrest is one of the best neighborhoods in all of Miami with a great schools and that is why families with kids continue to move into Pinecrest. The houses here are beautiful and it’s all residential neighborhoods with big luscious trees.
I lived in DC and NY and Baltimore and Nothern VA. Now I want to give Miami a try! I wonder if Miami has a big vegetarian scene 😂. I love the atmosphere and the vibe. Would it be wise to buy a condo down in Miami just to have a place to stay when I decide to visit a couple times a year, or just buy a condo when I’m sure I am going make Miami my permanent residence? This video would have been much better without the music.... And you were pretty thorough on your description of things, but you had the camera facing you most of the time... Could you do another video with less music and a walk where you show the buildings and sites more.
It is loud, but it goes parallel to US-1 where there’s a lot of cars and traffic, so it blends in with all the noise. But you don’t hear it in the residential area.
You need a car and a successful cash flow business to survive there no unemployment or help if you get screwed they never helped me in covid only in California they helped me I’m from Miami

And commute times aren't bad and from I see the area is family oriented and a drive away when Boy n Girl get a lil older they will have the coolest (Party scene) while being stable and based growing older HOPEFULLY
Correction: there's no international residents, 98% Hispanic is the truth, 1% white, 1% black. Oh and the Hispanic residents make it very backwards in Miami, no real city life, more like Mexico city then a city in America.

Anywhere along Miami Beach are filled with great condos right on the beach so it all depends what kind of neighborhood and community you wanna live in but you have from south of fifth, you have South Beach, you have Miami Beach from mid Beach all the way to North Beach. You also have a nice small town community called Surfside, which is great as well and on the north end of Miami, you have sunny Isles, which have beautiful, high-rise condos right on the beach. If you can afford it, Key Biscayne over Miami Beach. That's if you want to walk to a beach. If a beach within walking distance isn't a deal breaker, then Coconut Grove or Wynwood.
I would love to move there some day. It looks so amazing - very green, lush tropical and as far as i know the "winter" is very short and warm, more like summer we have here in europe.💚❤🙏

Is this wise to move to key biscayne for a person that doesn't like snakes. I know there are a lot of snake in florida but how bad the situation is in key biscayne ?
You have nothing to worry about. I have been living in Miami all of my life and never had any problem with snakes. I am not aware of any situation of snakes and in Key Biscayne. If there are snakes, they’re going to be in the forest or in the wildlife but you will not have any issues with snakes in your day-to-day living.
How are the Senior Low income Rents over in that area? I have to do that no matter how much I make, cos I want to thrive, and not just survive when I move back? Thanx🩷
