@otakuweekly8711 what does that have to do with what he's saying. He's not saying the NBA championships can't beat all the team's in the world. He's saying you're not playing them so you shouldn't call yourself world champions.
@@TheThrowbackStore we get the best talent from all across the world to go at it in the NBA, we legit have the best talent in the world. For example the Olympics, when basketball is played most of those teams have NBA players majority of the time the NBA players lead some of those teams to victory, so I get what ur trying to say but this is what im saying why not say world champs we get the top talent to come to the usa, and we still have players playing for non NBA teams, an they tend to win, the same USA players not playing for usa, helping those teams win. All I'm saying is if the NBA players didn't join the other teams they would not win i mean they take a break from the NBA to compete on there teams, if they win then they get to say world champs..at the end of the day aren't they still NBA players And the NBA has worldwide talent players that played, lived, all over the world it just doesn't make sense to me.

You still got to beat them to become World Champions. That's like saying let's not play the NBA season next year and just call the Celtics 2x Champs because they got the best team. I agree with him. It NBA not WBA. I understand when the US basketball national team wins on Olympics games, they are world champions, but not when a basketball team in a city wins NBA.
Well technically he is correct. NBA must incorporate Teams coming from different countries all over the world not with players of different nationalities. So the right title for them is "2024 NBA CHAMPION" not the WORLD CHAMPION.

In football there is the Champions league, the biggest football/soccer tournament in the world But they are called the 'champions of Europe' not the world champions
