I can see what happened, When Charlie started the announcements the camera feed from Elwin's camera froze up, which is why at about 6 minutes in the screen goes black, because we had to reset the feed. We'll have less of those kind of issues with quality and consistency as we install a direct connection, and move our live broadcasting here to RU-vid. Thank you for your feedback, as always!

I'm sorry to hear that. We've recently taken steps to improve our overall quality. You'll notice our most recent service under the Live Streams tab, where the only problem we had was that a musician brought his own mic at the last minute so it didn't get checked properly, but the production value is much improved and will continue to improve as we get a direct ethernet connection to our system for speed and stability.

Thank you, our goal is to get everything caught up, and be able to upload services on the same day they occur, so people who work or have responsibilities that keep them from being able to attend can catch up with the morning's service in the afternoon or evening.
