Looks very nice . I have some extensions and had no clue with my hair type . It's like yours but mine is not flattering . Anyways after doing as you did , my hair looks so much more better ! Thanks
I have this hair for the opposite reason....... I tried adding black to my hair! Eww no... So in fading it out the entire top half of my hair dried out and broke off now I have a very punk mullet.
I’ve watched a few of your videos now and I really identify with you. I also had a difficult mother who left me anxious and needed to learn self-parenting and care. Thanks for sharing, sending love!
I had Mirena for 10 years. I gained eight pounds when I first got it, dropped exactly eight pounds when I had my last one taken out. Mirena is progestin and should be localized to the uterus, but can cause a sort of “fight” from our regular hormonal shifts trying to override the localized synthetic hormones. Paraguard causes heavier periods because of how it works: It works by keeping the uterus in a constant state of inflammation.
I do a mix of evoo, black seed oil and castor oil. I do a few pumps of that in the palm of my hand then spray about 5 sprays of hydrosol and mix it in my hand and apply to my face. My age is 66.
I started growing out my natural hair 8,5 months ago and it looks so bad right now. I ordered some extensions to get some confidence back haha. Thanks for the video 🫶🏻
I hate that women’s health hasn’t come further than to let us go to this extent of trial and error with our bodies but I just had to be a voice of warning against the Paragard. I see a lot of comments complaining about brain fog with the Mirena, but I was on the Paragard for 2.5 years and developed such a severe case of iron-deficient anemia from years of extreme blood flow from the Paragard that I had to be on an iron treatment for 6 months before I could even begin to stop feeling like I was in the back seat of my own brain. My blood flow was so extreme for so long, and it continued to build to the point of me only having 1 week of non-bleeding, non-cramping days a month. I accepted it because I knew the iud would worsen my period, but I pushed the line way too far on what should have been accepted as normal. My period had grown to a level of changing my entire life (not to mention cramps and fatigue that DEBILITATED me from working) and i didn’t see the sirens go off because it happened so gradually. Just know that none of these birth control options are fool proof, and there’s likely no savior method that’s going to solve all of your menstruation problems. There are thousands of women who are looking to make the opposite switch. Just please equip yourself with the knowledge that any option you decide comes with very real cons you will have to choose to deal with. (denial or wishing for a miracle product will not save you) My heart breaks that this is the reality we deal with.💔
thank you. Mustve been a while you've been wearing those adidas. Does it leave those crease marks due to folding over a period. Kindly let me know. Thank you again.
I used it for two years but just like you. I found it a little too heavy for day, use as I naturally have oily skin but used it for my body and for cuts. I ended up stopping its use after two years
This was like listening to myself speak😢🙏🏽 just decided to switch from Marina to Copper after 4 yrs of feeling horrible quite often and finally got educated on it to know why! Appreciate your testimonial so much 💞
I never knew about these things, but you, putting it all into words, now it makes sense, thank you for sharing, cause lately my anger is at it's highest feels like, and I didn't know what was going on. Unfortunately I only got to understand it now, after I exploded, lost many friends. Then there's this feeling of shame, also not helping. But I'm willing to now work on it. Hopefully I may approach the problem in a better way. Thank you again for sharing. Although I'm watching it so much late.
The fear of FOMO is real. 😂 I feel this all the time but I’m trying to learn how to be grateful for what I have already. 😩 I feel guilty forever shopping as if I’m unappreciative and that’s hardly the case smh. Honestly I know I have a shopping addiction. Balance is key.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us! 😃 Very awesome. As a fellow runner - you make a half marathon seem so doable and an achievable goal! Some questions for you: On the Nike Club app - which workouts did you do and which ones did you skip? I’m familiar with their different training plans and was curious. Thanks! A tip I learn to help with stomachs after running is to drink at least 8 oz of water before exercise to help keep cramps of all types at bay. This was really helpful for me because I can’t eat before or immediately after a run. So I run in the mornings and just have fasted cardio. Totally would love more running content
Thanks for commenting Kristina! on the Nike Run Club app I pretty much didn't skip any of the workouts that they give every week for the half marathon training program. there's like 5 workouts a week and when you do them, it check marks it off for the week. If I wasn't feeling that great or felt extra tired, the week would just drag out into 2 weeks (so 2-3 runs per week) using just one week of the training program. does that make sense? some weeks I could do all the workouts and then move on to the next week, but most of the time I actually used one week of workouts for 2 weeks :) and thanks for the water tip!! Im gonna try that for sure, I hate cramps lol. and will do more running content in the future thanks sm! xoxo
