This is the first time ever I see the full raw footage from this location. This is by far the best video to demonstrate how rapidly the entire ocean level is rising and that it is not just a huge wave but far, far more violent forces by nature. Devastating :-( All loving support from here to the bereaved families and the severely injured survivors.
A whole video wasted on the water going out and coming in.. should have shown what if anything was happening to those houses on the other side of the bridge. There was NO debris of any kind ... houses etc. as in other videos. .. just water.
I watched as many videos of this I can see and this is the only one where you actually had a huge wave crashing into the river and going up River it look like I think this was close to where the original earthquake happened out at sea
There’s another 2-5. Check out the Kesennuma river ( can’t remember name) Also the one within 20 km from Fukushima nuke reactor. That was overtopping the trees. The river was in foreground. There’s the one where river was overtopping the wall eventually, cameraman moving rapidly up to 2nd or 3rd floor of school. It covered the school ground, took out pedestrian bridge over river. The students etc survived. One camera guy was able to get onto tree on the far right of video. He’s in this video for a second. This guy was videotaping too and survived.
The water surges in until the 0316 mark then draws back, at 6mins the second wave hits & the power it has to overtop the outgoing & surge forward is just mind blowing...We think of water as soft, but it has a brut force that is unreal and obviously unstoppable. 🧡🙏🧡 Japan.
Yes, that’s true, yet the second wave was not as large as the first. The second wave was high enough to overtop the receding water from the first wave, but did not reach the same level as the wet water mark on the high (railroad?) bridge pylons further up the inlet. (at 6:58 )
Hoy se cumple un aniversario más de esta horrible tragedia, abrazos al hermano pueblo japonés desde México, esperando jamás se vuelva a repetir. 🇯🇵❤️🇲🇽
