Is there any pre-set injector datas, or you must record all yourself first with new good injectors? If i buy that tool, and try search any injector numbers, is that database empty before you add it yourself?
I have .a problem piezo valve ,grinding, when finish grinding, and again test on test bench, return became good, but spray patern no. I tried many times, but still high.
hi, all my 4 injectorshave 0 ohms of resistance, but the engine start and no engine light? I did it multiple times, precociously touch only the probes of the injector!! Is it possible or i messed up my resistance test? Thanks! I heard that solenoid injector can have .3ohms of resistance and working fine!
@@TunalarAutomotive Contact surface angle of orifice plate and surface angle of valve-pin - must be different angles. Should be achieved a ring contact not a cone contact between these surfaces! There is another way to repair! Of course there's no a new valve-pin and other new original spare parts for these types of piezo injectors, because of better tolerances between these spare parts!
@@TunalarAutomotive Lapping with a new pin to the old body is a bad idea (not a ring contact but cone contact will be obtained). First of all you must get a correct valve seat angle in the orifice plate by a self made new lapping rod. This self made new lapping rod and the old valve-pin can be grinded on prisms by high tolerance grinding machine.
