Why is faith important in healthcare? What are the opportunities and barriers to fulfill God’s call? What is my part? What tools will help me cultivate, sow and harvest?
Healthcare Christian Fellowship, USA (formerly Hospital Christian Fellowship) has been helping answer these questions for over 50 years!
Our channel presents an overview of who we are, and what we offer. We're a division of Healthcare Christion Fellowship International, an organization founded in 1936 and active in over 100 countries in the world.
Our purpose is to mobilize Christian healthcare workers as witnesses of the love and reality of Jesus in their places of work.
We hope you enjoy our inspirational and informational videos!
Yes, I will pray for your wife, filmtvbiz, for complete healing. One of my best friends has been suffering with severe off the charts pain from cancer. Her bones have been broken in her spine for over a month. The doctors have had trouble finding the best medicine to take the pain away. Nothing has worked. Yesterday, I asked the lord for mercy, to please take the pain away. I interceded on her behalf, and last night she finally fell asleep. Today, she went to heaven and is now in glory, walking on streets of gold. Life and death is truly a miracle, we are only a breath away from seeing Jesus, and it’s so amazing to me how much He cares for us. The prayers of the saints are always heard. He is Lord. I am always so thankful for healing, and the power of prayer. However, this world is not my home, and oh what a day that will be when my Jesus I shall see!
45 years ago I met a pastor who knew this woman that gave her testimony at a church in Costa Mesa, CA. He said it was an amazing testamony and I found it here on YT not very long ago and have listened about 3 times❤
I’m partially paralyzed from a bad stroke. We don’t choose to be handicapped it’s just a tougher path given to us by God. I love him for it. It has changed me in ways I couldn’t have imagined before. I can’t possibly support or listen to a pompous self important smob.
I can’t get past her comment about having disdain for handicapped people. We are people too. I am going to change my like to not like and I will go watch a real Christian.
She’s obviously talking about her past and how her experience changed her prejudices but I guess you just want to find fault in something. Don’t place that much faith in humans anyway it’s about Jesus.
Did you not listen to her entire testimony. She was prejudiced towards many people. God allowed this suffering to happen to her in order to teach her to love people. She was very brave to admit her ugly prejudices and she gave God the glory for changing her heart. We all are sinners. I know I was a selfish wretch before I was changed by Jesus. Please don’t live in offense but live in forgiveness.
Stunning,, powerful testimony. Twice I tried to watch another 'glimpse of heaven" video, & accidentally was knocked off it, onto this one. In the other account, the person was mentally 'willing' to die, as their full account, and they spoke against the Catholic Church from their 1st words, which I didn't really want to hear. So I came back to this, & I am so thankful to hear this testimony, especially about the power of prayer for healing & for others, & a heart to care for others, strengthening my walk in the Lord. And as an added bonus, she spoke a sentence indicating the error of criticizing Catholics, when born again Catholics came to pray for her with prayers her experience showed her to be real & powerful.
I read the book all weekend, there is a part where she speaks about her father's prayers whilst she was in bed, I felt an intense presence of God, the Love of God and I prayed like I haven't prayed in a while. So grateful for such an encounter. All glory to Jesus
Hi Betty, thank you for this video of strength, courage, stamina, grace, mercy and love. “Jesus sent His Word”. We walk by Faith and hearing. And seems you had a lot of site. God Bless You! You have given me more Faith and Hope that I can stay on earth until my pet no longer needs me . Life will go on in families, friends, but my pets life will not go on if I’m not here. I believe we have a lot of purposes in life, one of mine was caring and loving animals. My husband will not care for her properly and she’s had a vestibular attack, had surgery and recovered well. But I don’t use a groomer anymore. He knows nothing about keeping a long coated dog brushed, bathed, etc.. Please pray and ask God that my Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Bronchiectasis will progress slowly. Your are blessed and your story gives me hope, confidence, and prayer needed to get me through this last chapter. I will not give up, but I am a DNR. God, please don’t take me before my beloved pet, Lily May. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
When she said she looked in the mirror and didn’t care about how she looked I shocked because when I came to Jesus I will never forget this day. I felt like all the pain and suffering, everything was lifted off of me when I arose and I went to the bathroom and looked at myself and I had the most content beautiful smile I couldn’t make on my own. It was filled with peace and love. I knew right there and then that I am indeed born again, that I am a Son of the Most High God Hallelujah!!!!
Dear friend, the "Good News" is the Gospel of Jesus Christ which is, "Christ died for our sins; He was buried, and He rose again the third day according to the scriptures." (1st Corinthians 15: 3-4) The "Good News" of Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life to salvation. Confess that you are a sinner in need of our Savior. Receive the truth of Jesus Christ and believe Him this very moment. Precious believer, may Father God our Creator, through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior and the Holy Spirit bless you and keep you abundantly now and forever! Amen! 🙏💕
These experiences are nothing other than hallucinations. Christians believe they visit Jesus. Muslims believe they visit Muhammad. Buddhists believe they visit Buddha. Hindus believe they visit Krishna. And unless Atheists were indoctrinated into religion when they were children, they don't believe they visited any supposed saviors. Had Raymond coined the term “Near death hallucinations,” rather than “Near death experiences,” would he then have had a "following?" Raymond Moody. Raymond A. Moody, Jr. (born June 30, 1944) is a philosopher, psychologist, physician and author, most widely known for his books about life after death and near-death experiences (NDE), a term that he coined in 1975 in his best-selling book Life After Life.
This story is amazing. My friend died and met Jesus too. He was huge and told her forgiveness and kindness are extremely important. (Sheila Shaw Nde part 1). Sheila felt she could hear Him when she returned and said He wants us to clean our house....spiritually as well as physically (take out anything that doesnt honor God.). She then passed for good in April 2021. She would have agreed with Betty! Because of Sheila's experience, I now seek out others and found this one. Thank you Healthcare Christian Fellowship for posting this! May God bless you and all you love always and forever! May God bless us all!
I think this is the most comprehensive view of heaven I've heard from someone who had died and returned to earth. Thank you Betty. You have given me and my family hope in eternal life.
Yeah! those Doctors and academics just don't want to belive in the after life, where do they think everyone came from Mars.? Thank God for loving us & taking care of us all. Sometimes I've been the nail in the right hand of Jesus, I used to walk around readng a small Bible my mother gave me, when I was about 10yrs old, it really helped me read, but I didn't pay much Attention to what it said, sad story, but I finally woke up in later life, I'm in my eightys now & LOVING JESUS & my FATHER GOD, forgive me, MY FATHER GOD
Scam alert: The Bible says: “The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:5; Psalm 146:4) Therefore, when we die, we cease to exist. The dead can’t think, act, or feel anything.
Betty’s daughter Brenda died in 2003 of cancer at age 50. Her other daughter was born in 1965 and I don’t know if she’s a Christian. Her name is April Upchurch. Betty’s first husband died young of heart problems in the mid 1960s. Her second husband she wed around 1970 or 1972. He was a widower. They stayed married for many decades and he died in June 2012, four months after Betty died.
I spent hours with Dave and Norma working on this video. Still have the project files on a disc somewhere. Amazing that you guys stumbled upon it almost 20 years after making it.
