Yes, this was filmed about two weeks ago. The weather was very pleasant, with average highs of 24-25°C. It wasn't too humid and had a bit of a breeze-hot enough to enjoy the sun but also a comfortable temperature for exploring such a beautiful country. If I return to Mauritius in the future, I would likely choose this time of year again rather than face the very hot and humid summer 😊
@@VirtualCityWalkingTours thank you for that response. I’m travelling from London to Mauritius this upcoming Monday but was worried about the weather 😅. That’s quite reassuring to know. Thank you.
I can’t really help with that, sorry! I’ve only spent two weeks in Mauritius (the duration of my vacation). All I know is that the summers are hot and humid and the winters are still pretty warm. There are also months where cyclones and heavy rain can be expected. Better to consult a local on this though but I wish you good luck with the move! ☺️
Yes, I was quite impressed with Tiraspol I must admit! I did indeed go from Chisinau with a private tour. Would certainly recommend taking that option over a bus (booking through Viator/GetYourGuide) - makes it much simpler to visit and it's great to get the local perspective while you're there
