Hi Sam, was wondering if you can convey a message to the Olight chiefs as to why Canada missed out on the O knife sale & why we don't get engraving on the Ark Pro. Ty.
From Nick, the answer to your questions has to do with the fact that the USA and Canada have different operations. Oknife is absolutely massive in the States. It is their #1 core market so with all the inventory already there, they are able to be very flexible running their own promotions. Now, engraving is done with large machines at the US warehouse. Which is owned and operated by Olight. Canada's warehouse does not have these machines. Unfortunately, we don't plan to offer individual engraving any time soon. Custom engraving can be done at the factory, if the order of a certain quanity.
This accumulator inside is quite stupid idea. Why not simply 2 x 16850 with obvious benefit of possibility to replace them with another pair if needed. I got plenty of 16850 cells and looking for opportunity to use them.

Sometimes, prices can be higher in different places. That happens in Canada too. It has to do with currency conversion, shipping costs, and other infrastructure concerns, like warehousing.
I just got my warrior mini 3 yesterday and i love it. It feels like a quality well made flashlight and the throw is excellent for the size of the light. Its in the forrest gradient as well so i really dig the color. My only ding for it is that its pretty heavy for EDC. Its still a great EDC light but its got a little more heft than i would prefer for an EDC light.
As an AVID olight product consumer, have been for years; Quality Control and R&D testing would’ve led to a better product but instead you guys have offered a sub-sub par optic that may last 15 years on battery but won’t hold a zero for 15 seconds. Housing material should be titanium if you are advertising a potential 15 YEARS of use out of the optic. Parallax shift that noticeable is inexcusable for modern electro optics and Olight should offer discount codes to all customers who bought an OSIGHT, in the event the new optic is released. I have faith that you guys will make this right with your customers.
Firstly, thank you for your support and your feedback. It's my understanding that most manufacturers are still making optics out of aluminum. Titanium seems to be the exception. If you have an optic that doesn't hold zero, please contact customer service. Because optics that are functioning normally should hold zero.
My favourite olight flashlight is the amazing seeker 4 pro!I've got marauder mini and wow its smaller than I thought. Defo putting this flashlight next to seeker 4 pro because they are top quality. Marauder mini v Seeker 4 pro comparing would be great to know which one wins? Glad I've got the Marauder mini blue looks fantastic!
Finally ordered a Nightour. I needed a new lamp and my obulb is actually what I have used for a reading light since they first came out since it casts a lot of light at a low lumen level.

im a IoT Technician. I use your light's every day at work. dropped them Many many time and they keep running. Ill give this one a try for a plinking gun. Probably gone be a 10/22 aswell.
