Hey thanks for making this video. Is it normal for Parexel CRAs to get 50k salary for someone with no experience? It feels pretty low especially given that it's in a high cost of living area.
Why bother going on vacation if you’re going to work on vacation? I just don’t take vacations, just skip them and stay working in the office. If I’m going to work, I might as well stay in the office.

To become a CRA in the UK. 1 A Science Undergraduate. A Post G in Clinical science. These are a must. Then take any clinical trials or research entry position. 12 months minimum. Then fork off into entry level CRA, which are few and far between, a little luck is required. If you are lucky to get a junior CRA, 2 years at this level, work hard, then 2 or 3 years down the line, move around to specific CRA positions. From starting your undergraduate to be coming a fully confident CRA, we are talking 7 years to 8 years. With little in the way of gaps. This is the path my son followed, now working for a multi billion dollar company, as a senior CRA 10 years from the start point. This position then obviously leads into all streams of management. Good Luck.

This is another wonder interview with Ms. Tiffany. Many CRC’s have their career stunted by Managment who will not let them flourish and learn all the procedures. What is you idea for this CRC to grow and find a monitor? Also, CRC now IN-House CRA, what can you advise them at this stage of their career? Thank you.
Continue to keep the main thing the main thing. Go after your goals and which role you want in the industry and dont take jobs that take you away from those goals.

Cra tried to say i didnt have a kid and took 40 000 from me in owed money. It took two years for them to avknowledge me. Multiplt complaints ignored, vms ignored until i brought in the mp and fukt them up. Criminals.
@@EliteClinicalResearch it was the CRA. Several of them. I solved the issue with my MP. But they are still avoiding me after I requested a letter on their letter head with acknowledgment of their mistake. But I'll get them to acknowledge.
IQVIA is not a good company to work for. I live in North Carolina, but I contracted with them and reported to management in New Jersey (Pharmacy/Abvie/Pas)The training was terrible and the managers were bullies! And I have proof that this manager was a bully to me. To clean up her mess, she start hiring all of these other contractors who were younger and maybe a few that were older and try to set me up. Again, I have proof of this and other team leads who actually work with her who said that she was a bully and difficult to work with as well. Lucky for her, I was a contractor because I would have taken this to a lawyer. I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years and the manager for whatever reason did not care for me and lied on me to my agency about me not being familiarized with any of their systems or able to do the work after I been with the company for over a year and they wanted to extend my contract, but overnight decided to get rid of me. I do not recommend any of the contractors to work for this company, or anybody who has a heart! Here it is these people are given medications to these patients out here, who may be family members to those they fire!
