Thank you so much for the video! However, I'm unable to move the texture when I apply it. It's frustrating that I can't fix the texture and move it around. Please help.
Curious! I just needed this tutorial for competing a poster. I was trying a lot of ways to create noise, but seemingly anything worked, I was starting to think the only way was Photoshop, but I'm glad it wasn't.
May i ask why you use illustrator and only work in there? I would allways combine software and ultimatly work in indesign for stuff like that. Yes you cant nativly do alot in indesign, but its a clean and fast workflow when you got used to it.
Of course, every software has strengths and weaknesses. With all my years of experience as a graphic designer and art director, I chose this effects illustrator. I wouldn't have tried it with indesign. With indesign you can layout magazines. Because I use it every day, it's a bit boring software
I want it as easy as possible and don't want to talk a lot so that the videos gets longer or something 🙂 but in the future I will try to make videos even slower
