Why could the answer not be 2? Couldn’t it be hip capsule tightness based on this description
@josephwhite4631
@josephwhite4631 10 дней назад
That was my thought process as well, based on the stem were given the patient presents with limited flexion that’s doesn’t change with hamstring bias. No comment on End feel made sign of the buttock a less attractive option to me. Without an “empty end-feel” established the odds of normal end feel should be assumed with makes capsular pattern much more likely.

So, where is MY weakness if I can't get to lift myself up in the concentric phase those first few inches, but after that angle, I can complete the movement. My arms are strong, my technique good, but I still can't lift myself unaided from the floor. Same with the eccentric, I can lower myself until those last few inches, but then collapse. Thank you for the video.

When is the best time to start studying?
@PTFinalExam
@PTFinalExam 28 дней назад
The best time to start is about 10-12 weeks before exam day in most cases. Sometimes it takes longer, but that is the average.

Thank you, Dr. Will! These videos are excellent. Out of all the resources I used, I found the best value for money was from Typical PT and your exams. You both have great scenario-based questions.

There seems to be an error in cranial nerve numbering. Hypoglossal is 12, not 11.

What would be the best AFO for someone with club foot? My foot has a high arch and I walk on the outside of my foot. I walk in the ‘over supination’ position. None of you guys seems to have an answer for our condition and it is very frustrating that all you seem to learn is now to deal with plantar fasciitis ,foot drop,diabetic foot etc. There are many people out there with my foot condition that can find no help. 😢

Yup, same happened to me. After our 1st child was born we decided to stay at my parents place since it was bigger, he hated that, because he would say that the house wasn’t organized enough. I would get up everyday and try to deep clean the house even though I was under a lot of pain. 2 years later now we have another child. This time he would get annoyed that I needed some sleep, and took naps with my newborn, Because he didn’t want to take care of our 2 year old by himself and plus he was always hungry and always wanted fresh hot coffee made. Since WE ARE STILL IN MY PARENTS home I had to make him, food, get him water, make coffee etc. HE IS BEYOND ANNOYING. And super ungrateful to my parents and to me. But I’ve stayed cuz my 2 year old is obsessed with his father. I just don’t want to ruin my child, so I put my needs aside.
