I don’t expect any help with this, am just screaming into the void here. But I have a fully assembled RH Logic 400 and need to pull the backrest off. I turn the knob at the bottom to “loose”, lift up the backrest and …. It only lifts a few inches and then jams. Why? In one of the other videos for the 300/400 the backrests seem to pop on and off easily (of course). And in this one too. What’s going on?

I utilise a 7-button gaming mouse but overuse resulted in injury. I can drop to this 2-button desktop design for slightly slower but healthier desktop work, but the injury will just come back after a few hours of gaming. What can i do? 😔
Very informative video which highlights bad posture when using a laptop, and how your posture can be easily corrected with the use of a laptop stand, mini keyboard and mouse. A great piece of kit to have!
Very tall. I don't know the exact measurements, but I have one at work. I'm 178 cm tall, and if I put it to the top, I can't even touch the floor with my feet. Not even close.
Very good chair, good comfort and exquisite design. Really encourages me to rotate the pelvis, some great rotation today! Really recommend this chair if you need a change of scenery in your office. This is not just a chair, but an office-buddy and a personal coach. Bye bye back pain, look forward to seeing you... NOT!
Just a heads up, if you can, try the chair out before you buy. I'm a relatively healthy person and after just 2 days of using it I was getting sharp back paint, headaches and my butt was hurting. Returning it was a nightmare, support is terrible and even though it was causing me pain, they charged me well over $300 to return it. Something to keep in mind.
I tried one and i love the feel of it, too bad the DPI is so terrible, which makes them useless for gamers or anyone doing any intricate work like graphic designers, CAD work etc. I ended up going with the Logitec MX vertical which is 4000 dpi, ie about 4 times the DPI of these mice, and half the price. But if they ever make these with decent DPI (ie 3k + ) I will buy one instantly, because I find them more comfortable than the logitech mx.
I find the protected characteristics missing a few important things, for example, political views. I have seen that for example , being part of a nationalist group on the right, will have you refused at point of application in government roles, but not if you are, say, communist. Your political views should have no bearing on your capacity to do the role, this shouldn't be included in the decision process. I feel like it also at present, mandated inclusion and diversity needs to be applied carefully. We are finding discrimination towards polar opposites of the protected characteristics to obtain diversity, this is not true to form. Allowing all people to apply, or feel safe or be included needs to include everyone, like people who did not use to be excluded should not now be victim's of the same discrimination to simply balance scale or prove a point.
I have been using this mouse for over 7 years after being diagnosed with carpel tunnel in my right wrist. I have two for work and one for home. It is one of the best investments I have ever made. I use it in my left hand, so now my left hand gets something to do. It's easy to use. Absolutely love it!
Thanks for the query Andrew. Yes. The ‘wheels’ or ‘castors’ simply pull out from the base of the chair. They may need a good amount of force to make this happen but should be able to be done by hand, no special tools required. If removing the castors, we would always recommend you replace with a ‘glide’ (rubber foot designed to go in the base): Positiv/Positiv Plus/Homeworker Glides (set of 5) SKU: 9787120 Does this help OK? A real wealth of information here. I will certainly be watching it again. I would, however, suggest that you have available a written list of the products, links, or a download. That would make your presentation much easier to follow. I would to have a PDF doe reference. I would be happy to provide my email address if that would make things easier.
I really like my HÅG chair because I’m smaller and most ergo chair armrests are too far away from my arms/elbows, even if I adjust them. The backrest on this chair allows me to rest my elbows on it, which helps my posture (opens the chest, as opposed to shoulders slumping forward). I like the firm cushion and that I can put my feet on the little rest areas on the chair legs. But it’s not a chair for everybody - my husband greatly prefers his Herman Miller ergo chair.
I appreciate this. I have been annoyed about the lack of resistance in the movement on the chair. This is life changing! Thank you for helping me pass my exams.
The seat is to hard and very dense and have a "bounce" feeling and you can't move up the back up and down.I have the 1200 model the one without mesh.Don't buy this if you have coccyx problem like i have.
