It’s part of the let’s dance movement mod I installed, it was a combo attack followed by a blade mode cancel becuase when you get the blade mode prompt you can instantly cancel any animation. Breaking sundowners shield let me cancel the hitting animation

In this case, my reference for this was Sundowner’s shield bash, jumping, chase with the prime minster, but most importantly his 2nd phase dashing. You can see the trails he leaves behind when he dashes, this means he’s moving faster than Raiden’s eye can even perceive, where as I’ve never seen Sam teleport before, he’s agile with his blade but in raw speed I’d say sundowner is faster
