Met Mike in SanJose when he played with Oscar, and one more ? They had an Amp blow and I lowered him an Amp . Great Guy…however I feel his music style or temperament has changed.
I met Buddy at the Spice of Life Soho, London, when he came over to perform. I performed there as well, the same evening. Buddy knew one of the guitarists from my band.
Great song done to perfection by all the band. No one hogged the limelight and Buddy like a master just gently steered everyone along. Now that's a pro band.
What you also don't see is musos without using backing tracks or miming (yes I'm talking to you Don Henley and Eagles) There are some true musos out there and almost exclusively blues artists. Don't even get me started on todays pop artists, I'll lose my proverbial.
