Some of this video was filmed at Berthoud Pass Ski Area. The older guy being interviewed I think is named Byron. I was a lift operator at Berthoud at the time. Berthoud was the first ski area to allow snow boards in Colorado, and for a while, the only area that did. Byron was designing snowboards in his garage during the week and then he would test them out at Berthoud on the weekends.
Was i really a World Ski Champion..... I doubt it🤔 but will raise both arms if its true. I know he competed in the world cup and also in 72 olympics before turning pro in us pro ski series.
Does anyone have any idea what two chords Glenn is playing from 18 seconds to 22 seconds? Basically after between the G chord and the D chord? It's so subtle, and I tried for years to get it right, but I just can't work it out. I've always defaulted to an A major, but he seems to play two chords in succession, with a subtle difference. Please help, someone! @stephenward565 - any ideas?

Great footage of the pioneers, we were considered toxic waste by most skiers and some still feel that way even though they started using skis as wide as snowboards because they are jealous of the way we cruise powder.
