I am having upper back pain in the middle of the shoulder. It is in very severe condition when I do deep inhale and exhale? I am not even able to stand and sit for a couple of minutes. Please suggest some exercises, sleeping poses etc? Also please suggest what i should use for relief out of hot water bottle or ice pack?
