I'd love to know who was writing these & coming up with the concepts/costumes/sketches, whether it was a collective effort or if one person was typically behind them. If anyone knows the answer, please let us know. I'm curious because of the way Bob seems to engage with the songs from the desk, bobbing to this or that rhythm & kind of affirming when a line or gag lands correctly. These songs remind me in many ways of the songs Bob brings to perform on Athletico Mince. I'd be interested to know if Bob is the main songwriter here, or alternatively if Bob's current songwriting endeavors & style rather grew & developed out of the mix of influences & contributors present here.
The last one is the best. Think it’s just gonna be the regular baked potato shit then randomly flies into Peter Andre, always makes it funnier when other comics in the background lose their shit 😂
Lost it during the peanuts song. Soon as he put his hands behind his back after the third shout of peanuts and makes it very apparent that he’s just gonna stand there for the rest of the song with music blasting & lights flashing. Then Bob completely loses it and starts visually pissing himself with laughter 😂😂😂😂
The lesbians song is the absolute classic in this. The line "recognised as a minority and funded by the local authority" is brilliant. I still sing it to this day.
The best bit of acting in this clip is the way he shifts uneasily at 1:36. You can tell he’s been anticipating this question and formulating his response
In Bob's book he says whenever Matt has his hands behind his back in the peanuts song, he's sticking two fingers up at him and Jim because their loud laughing was making him corpse even more 😂
