I figured this would be a great way for you guys to see how Im doing while in Haiti. Also, I can show you all around and what ive been up to while here.
My friend does the exact same thing re her eating disorder! Whenever she’s in the wrong, she trots out the precious eating disorder to make you feel sorry for her and feel guilty and to deflect from the point at issue. 🤮
Which is horrible, because it's not (like Ja'mie said) a laughing matter, but it's clearly someone like her didn't get the proper help she needed. It's not okay to use as an excuse, but it's really sad, that apparently she didn't get over it and couldn't work through it properly
Chris Lilley is a fuckin genius. Seriously he’s so good I sometimes forget that Jaimie is actually a middle-aged man in a wig and not a teenaged school girl
I worked at the most expensive boys private school in Melbourne and the sad fact about boarders is many of them are sent to board when they live locally! Some as young as five. The parents don't want them at home and have the money to send them away It's not always the case obviously but it happens. Very sad
I just always thought boarding schools were for "terribly busy" rich people , no matter what the proximity was to home/school/work was. Oh well 🤷♀️, everyday is a school day - no pun intended.
@@JessicaMiller-pc4dj my brothers went to boarding school as our parents lived in Singapore when we’re originally from Australia. Once I finished school and moved back home, my brothers decided they were ready to go home too, so my parents enrolled them into boarding school. They said it was most fun they’ve ever had at school 😄
Actually a lot of local parents sent their kids to top boarding schools as young as 5 because the SCHOOL tells them there's no spot for their kids, unless if they board. So a lot of the parents choose to board and hope that a non-boarding place will eventually turn up.
