This game, this effin game ;) Famitsu gave it 38 and I only wish it would have gotten 40. For me it is the next step after Vagrant Story and Nier(s). Someone locked in the room with PDK books, Baran bo Odar Dark and few other things concocted this glorious master class of bat shit crazy :) Baran tried similar thing in his post Dark series but it got canceled. Thank you for this album. I have heard it so many times.
Kota said he doesnt have access to the old myspace songs anymore. But apparently the uploader of the "Armored Core-FreQuency-星野康太 146tracks mix" has stated in a comment under a newer video they posted that they still have the original sound files, but they are unwilling to share unless they get kota's permission. is there a way we can get his attention and request that they be allowed to upload them? We're still missing tracks like Dawn to Home and Uranus, and frankly theyre some of the best myspace tracks ive heard thus far :sob:
oh i did NOT know that, i was always trying to find Dawn to Home and Uranus, but really we just need Kota's permission apparently, thank you for sharing that man
This game just rocked so hard. It's been over a year since I finished it and now I'm wishing I knew other people who played it. It's such a trip of a game, so the lack of people to talk about it with is like, the one downside. One of my all time favorite stories though.
I really liked this game: the visual novel, the real-time strategy stages, the aesthetics, the soundtrack, the plot... except for the very conclusion of the story. I was really disappointed by that. In any case, I highly recommend it for the great overall experience.
Just finished this game on switch, I will forever compare games to this one from now on, the only true game I have ever played that deserves the title of masterpiece.
If someone tells you about the storyline, it will sound overly complicated. But this game comes with a system that lets you review every piece of information and event, at any time. You can pause whatever you are doing and instantly review anything that happened, fast-forwarding if necessary. It's this system that allows your mind to fully integrate every story element. It's the best way to experience a story, and it works really well with how complicated it is
Most of the complexity comes from the fact that none of the characters understand wtf is going on, not even the supposedly smart exposition characters. Once you get the full picture of what really happened in the past, it's surprisingly simple lol.
