This is similar to the defaced grave in Barrow Lagoon, where some unknown person/s dug out a professional ice skater’s coffin. The one in your video is the dead person who has been taken out of his coffin and hung, apparently by some known person/s who had some serious issue with the dead person. Obviously, the culprits didn’t want the dead to have peace after death. Strange Man had a video about both of these if I am not mistaken. I don’t think there is anywhere in the game where you can find out who he is. AT least none that I know of.
Firstly you are the absolute master of coach driving in New Austin, secondly how on earth did your horse not get shot doing this 😂 The hanging man was the driver of the coach and the coffin belonged to the Saint Denis vampire , there are plenty of ideas floating around about exactly what happened in this event. I believe strange man touched on this some time ago. After two in game days the body disappears as well, in fact I think the wagon may disappear as well although it’s been a long time since I’ve done a play through past chapter two so I can’t remember exactly if this is accurate. Yes, I have discovered it playing as John. Apparently, someone shot the horses, hanged the coachman and stole the body. The weirdest version I've heard is the body was a vampire that got free from the coffin, fed on the coachman's blood and also on the horse's blood, killing them in the process and hanged the corpse to make some kind of statement. Maybe it's the Saint Denis vampire. Since RDR2 is a game that has supernatural elements, like the glowing pentagram in Butcher's Creek and the flying saucers, I don't automatically discard any of the hypotheses.
As Arthur? As long as you never trigger the invisible sniper, like exploring the cave where Dutch kills the lady in chapter5, or ever get wanted, there should be no snipers in Arthur's era

A little tip for people too. The top is bullet proof, but the bottom isn't. It's wood and the sniper got me through it multiple times. I had to check what happened (with recordings) to analyse my mistakes. I learnt a little. Honestly I'm still getting the hang of it and currently have two of the five herbs needed. it's a very high risk situation and the smallest mistake will be fatal if you're not fast enough.
Can i pick up dinosaur bones using the same method? Also if i use buggy or wagon and while being in new austin. I reload the game next day. Where will spawn back and what will happen to wagon or buddy after i reload because getting a buggy from saint denis to new austin is long way.
@@ishikasaxena5949 You mean on buggy? I don't think you can use the Eagle Eye on buggy but when you shoot, you can use the Dead Eye. OK, after like 10-15 attempts I finally got it! (PC - September 2024) Several key points: 1. You must fail the mission one single time and restart from checkpoint, otherwise Hosea will allays keep the rifle on his shoulder and never holster it on the horse!!! The simplest way is just to move to the side as soon as you leave the forest near the camp, dismount and blow yourself up. After that the rifle will always be on Hosea's horse, even when he dismounts (you can see him holding the rifle only in the cut scenes, and if his horse is in the frame with him, you can see a second rifle holstered on it). But! - If you fail and restart from checkpoint again, the rifle then can disappear from the horse! 2. You should NEVER go inside the camp when you arrive to it at the end! - It will trigger the game to make you dismount the second Hosea dismounts and you won't have the time to block his horse and jump on it! Just wait near the hitching post on the right and move to the right in order to cut Hosea's horse. In my case he always went to his left deep inside the camp (like here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EIvxaC6ow_A.html ), so it was very easy to miss him, especially when the prompt to jump didn't appear until the horse got to his "parking spot".... 3. After you jump on the horse with the rifle, you should ride away far enough, so he won't be able to quickly return to the camp area before you blow him up (if there's a delay due to a glitch when instead of throwing the dynamite you plant it on the ground). But if you go too far, the horse can throw you, so call your own horse to go with you, so you could jump on it and quickly gain on Hosea's horse to kill him before it's too late.
Regina, please make a guide on taking the collared peccary pig out of new austin using the buggy method. Something about glitching out of the map seems like cheating in my mind, so i want to challenge myself to stay on the map. But because you cant use the same method as the legendary bass, getting a three star pelt is quite challenging. Havent seen anyone on YT do it yet.
I will make that video for you. The same method as my taking legendary animals carcass or pelt out of New Austin. But glitching out of map is the easiest way for peccary pig, I have to say😅

FINALLY! AFTER A TON OF TRIES! Regina you are the Goat! Stage 4 was the hardest part to figure out for me. You have to herd it in between McFarland ranch and the countoured terrain to the right of the ranch. If you let the horse get to the right of that countoured terrain, your done for. Again, appreciate the work you put in! Only suggestions I have are to clear up the end of stage 4, as the video quality is poor.
@@regina77phalange a long time ago I once crossed the river north of Annesburg and walked south down the side of the river and crossed onto Sisika from its eastern side. It was so long ago I can’t remember exactly how I did it. I will try again when time allows. If I’m successful I’ll let you know.
Yea. You can get to siska using a motorboat docked at Annesburg. If it is simply to get rid of the map fog then all you need to do is drive the motorboat around the edge of the entire island (staying as close as possible so as not to suddenly sink) and that would make the entire map visually available. Doing it at night will help avoid detection on the west side. You can also sneak up all the way to the barn, but you will have to stealthily (arrow) take out the east tower guard and then use stealth to avoid the two patrol guards near the barn. You can also get the legendary fish without any of the guards spotting you. Now getting into the penitentiary itself is another story 😂 But if anyone can find a way in @regina77phalange is the one to make that happen 😊
haha..initially i thought it wasn't working any more. Went to try again. Manage to get it, fell off a cliff and died.🤣😂🤭. So it's definitely working but it's hell of a work not only the timing but your main horse have to be facing the horse way of direction and while herding the horse, don't use your horse, use mason's horse as they will definitely spawn your horse behind after the cutscene making you lose sight of the horse traces or view of the horse. This is not a easy glitch to get on the horse. but if you enjoy challenges go ahead. 🤗🤗😝
You mean the speed and acceleration? You buy certain stirrups from stable to gain extra perks and you race horses with other people to gain extra perks. For the black Arabian, all the gaining combined will max the 2 properties. Not sure if it works on all Arabians. I would assume yes

I don't think it is modded. I remember encountering this chance event only once. I didn't get near the lady nor kill the wolves because I was trying to glitch things out from another chance event nearby. Never thought you can unlock manual targeting this way. This video is precious. I kinda want to know if he really unlocked manual targeting afterwards because the game sometimes gave you wrong message. I had one wrong message myself recorded. Will upload that video.

Just asked the video creator about this, they said it didn't unlock manual targeting... :( It can only be unlocked after the mission with John. Like it was said in this thread, it was a wrong message unfortunately. :(

If you pay attention you can see them snapping from one topic to another and it sounds like they're going down a list of potential things they can talk about
It has to do with the mechanism of chance event. In a distance, it will happen. When there is an enemy status or wanted status, the chance event will keep respawning. We use this to glitch things from chance events. All the chance events should follow this pattern.

Works on 1.0 but like another commenter said, you have to fail the mission after buying a horse then restart checkpoint. Otherwise Hosea won’t put the rifle on the saddle.
Never tried it, bro. I would assume after finishing the mission, you are kicked back at your current game and this method uses the time after finishing the mission. So I would assume no but maybe it does work
@@Exotrash666 Maybe the best way is to save a game before this main mission. If you fail it, can try another time. Pain is the mission is long and you do this glitch after finishing the mission

So in a mission that you take Penelope Braithwaite to the Rhodes train station. -if you decide to take her to Rhodes town, get a covered wagon at night and take her to blackwater it is safe cause she will follow you everywhere. But if you choose to take her to the new Austin you get the invisible sniper. The cool thing is that it’s day and night cycle. The only reason I said to pick a covered wagon at night with her it’s cause it’s mostly quite and you won’t get mission failed by alerting the law on you. I took her to the new Austin once but I only went to shoot the gang del lobo . I don’t know if it’s available to hunt other legendary animals and pick other items.
@@davidemanuel7587 Thank you for sharing this idea with me. It sounds like one side mission you can use to explore Blackwater without being bothered by pinkertons. If that is the case, then you can hunting for animals and do many things but not the plants I guess. If I remember it right, the side mission you mentioned is available in Chapter6? I think cause it’s day and night cycle it might work to get everything cause the gangs del lobo you can shoot them. The angelo Bronte mission you don’t have anyone to shoot and it’s only night time. I tried to read them as Arthur during the "Angelo Bronte glitch". Didn't work for me, Arthur doesn't get any prompt when standing next to the writings. The drawing on the journal when inspecting the Strangeman's cabin in the swamp is also exclusive for John.
Thank you, bro for that Strangeman's Cabin one. Didn't know it is sketchable, too. Didn't know that Arthur can free roam Blackwater in Angelo Bronte's Glitch, either. I always thought the regular lawmen will be there and you will still be wanted and that is one way to fail the mission😂
@@regina77phalange I go to Blackwater during the glitch to collect the cigarette cards. Also, you only get the prompt to inspect the Strangeman's cabin when you find out the painting he made of himself is finished.
@@regina77phalange its was the mexican guy by the trapper near van horn. He stays very close to that trapper location. I think once u shoot him, he will never respawn again
Sounds like it respawns too fast. If I were you, I would try to create a new save and work on that new one. Because the spawning rate of your current game will probably be this fast always. But maybe you can try to wait another round or several rounds in the current save to try😀
You can try come at another time. Under certain save, the train frequency varies. No need to worry about fixing these things. They stopped doing that a very long time ago
