I have 2007 rabbit 2.5 engine and im seeing totally different locations for this thin gthe haynes manuel says "replacing on eof these sensors is beyond the scope of the home mechanic" WTF and you can literally find nothing on the internet forums or youtube for a transmission speed sensor on a 2007 vw rabbit
Hey! I'm having the same fault codes and i replaced the EGT sensor , but still having the EGT sensor code. Did you fix your issue by only replacing the EGT sensor?

Something in wiring s blowing the fuse it’s drawing to many amps it can be wiring I would check or replace the resister that been an issue for some of those cars
The sensor you are holding isn't the "Transmission Output Speed Sensor" as you call it. Thats the Vehicle Speed Sensor. It throws the code G68. The Transmission Vehicle Sensor is to the left of that sensor (G38). (for anyone that was curious for the correct terms).. They are however both on the transmission and can be confused (sometimes, if you're green)...
I took all that off in my 04 vw beetle 1.8L because that’s where everyone says it is but guess what, there’s nothing there on mine!! Where else could it be?
I really want to slap the people in the face who decided to make a device that prevents the air conditioner for working referring specifically to the high pressure switch not only is that annoying but it's also hidden and I cannot find it anywhere on RU-vid, anywhere on google or anywhere on DuckDuckGo on where to find the low pressure switch for a 2011 Kia Sedona it's absolutely impossible to find this is insane

@@Calitommygunz thank you for your kind words amid my frustration and rant.😔😔 I also reread my comment where I expressed I was looking for the high pressure switch and then I later followed suit and stated that I was looking for the low pressure switch. 😖 Forgive me. Please. I believe I'm looking for the low pressure switch because that is what all of the information that I am finding is leading me to believe that I need to locate in order to try to hotwire the A/C compressor to engage.
What was the diameter size of the hose you bought from o reilys and the type? Did it hold up or were you still getting leaks? Thanks man I'm having the same issue and don't want to replace the entire line if the rubber hose is only leaking
Rehman Sheikh the hose is I think 3/8 and yes it fix the issue make sure when u reinstall that it’s not rubbing on anything that was my issue I had to anchor it back down
