Did you ever have situation that after conquering UK there's no peace conference and Canada takes over Allies? It's frustrating beacuse I've tried this method that you show but without Belgia, Holand and Lux and for first two or three times it worked and I got peace conference but now when I'm trying to do this again, the UK just caps and Canada takes over Allies.
