Trying to do my daughter's hair had been difficult but I did my first French braided pigtails on her for her birthday party. My house was a squatters house..Front door didn't lock. all carpet had to be pulled up. Most drywall replaced. Roof was leaking, refrigerator nasty. And where dry wall was already removed copper pipes were missing. DAD repaired roof and fixed missing pipes, so the house would pass the inspection. House purchased 100k lower than previous buyer who lost the house. 13 years later, the house tax value is 150k higher than the previous buyer paid.😮😂 it was broken into after we changed locks and exterior doors... my Tomcat chased off would be burglars.❤
Just for everyone out here in the internet world. If they can't be bothered to show up and show you the property., they probably can't be bothered to fix anything!! That's not someone who's going to be a good landlord please avoid them. There's also a tremendous amount of people out on the interwebs that are showing homes that are not theirs and they're collecting security deposit , putting lockboxes on them. Sometimes it's a squatters themselves that are trying to rerent the place!!@ These are also the places that end up with squatters. Once they get the code they change the locks they don't leave. This has been a huge problem in the P.N.W with all of the various institutional investors that wanted to buy up all the single family homes and then were too lazy to pay in agent to actually show up and show the homes. Make sure that the person was a viable candidate to rent. Oh no, they couldn't be bothered to do.that!
Yeah unfortunately the seller is going to have a hard time getting the criminal squatter out. Cuz they broke the lock and they're going to come up with a fake lease stating that they're renting the house from somebody😮
Sadly, their DEM/LIB Party have been allowing this to happen across our country & purposely allowing criminals to take over other peoples hard worked for properties, tear them up, running up water bills, light /power bills, etc, especially in their insane purposeful economic disaster! They need to pay dearly & w/all of their wealthy & corporation donors, Wall Street investors, etc! Truly vile & evil country wrecking crooks, White Collar criminals & treasonous,illegally enriched insider trading using fiend’s & lying fraud’s!
@@iamwendybrown it was a very stressful situation!! we definitely took time to talk and unpack what happened. it’s sad that things have gotten so bad that people are resorting to doing this kind of thing.
@@Marcycat7 we had never been in this situation before. we thought maybe the showing before us just forgot to lock up. some of the locks we had seen on other places were beat up too, so it was just hard to tell. now that we’ve been in this position we know better for the future for sure!!

They don’t. They simply have fake lease agreements and you must go through an eviction process to remove them. Police CANNOT just evict someone without the proper paperwork. The “squatters” are just saying they signed a lease or sometimes they were scammed as well. When the properties are vacant, unattended, people will move into the home and say they have a lease. This is a side effect of owning property as investments. You can’t properly manage them and the police are not going to sort out what’s what. That’s why a squatter could not just come into MY PROPERTY, as there would be no if ands or buts, that I own the property. Squatting laws are for abandoned properties that a person fixes up and they must have been improving that property for 5-20 years, depending on the state. Y’all are confusing squatting laws with rental laws. These people are using the rental laws, NOT squatting laws.
