Bro exercise sucks. Replace the word exercise with training. Exercise is momentary but training extends before and after you do it. With training you can look back on where you've come from, where you're at and where you're trying to go. It becomes a long term journey of learning and growing, rather than something you feel like you need to tick off the list every day. I hate simply exercising but I love training to make my body more capable.
In that discussion about scaling larger quads to small ones people also have to consider that gravity doesn't scale. A small quad doesn't fall slower just because it's smaller

@ 00:44:24 I would maybe try picking off a decent sized piece of that liquid electric 'tape' you are trying to remove and experiment with different solvents, I'd start with something pretty mild like acetone (nail polish remover), there are some other stronger ones like naphtha (paint remover), but you'd also want to test said solvent on a junk pcb.
I don't regret learning to fly on dji, now though not having the money to switch over to hd0 has me second guessing myself. Latency is becoming more and more important.

I have one ESC I forgot to update in the back of the drawer. Helination gigawatt stuck on 32.7, pretty upset. I went threw and updated all mine to 32.9 the minute I heard about the blheli32 situation. Sucks man, sorry.
Wire could have been compromised by a impact (prop-branch). Motor stuttering was a issue with timyhawks motor plugs not being fully seated (one pin not connected).. MY reasoning for direct solder motors..
Broken wire inside silicone - so annoying. I had something similar with a receiver antenna - signal core broke inside the black bit. Started getting close failsafes & it took ages to find the problem (SPI Rx on an an old cheap AIO) Did you replace the other 11 ESC wires as a precaution? One way to help prevent recurrence might be to glue (or tape?) the wires down to the arm so they can't vibrate. Bit of a faff though, & if the ESC isn't hard-mounted it might just move the problem to the ESC joints?
I haven’t changed the rest but now that the ESC in it is stuck on 32.4 I might swap it BACK at which point I’ll change the other 2 on that arm at least

All my 5inch rigs have weighed the same dry weight. I recently went to 6s packs. I got same mah as my 4s packs not thinking much about weight, a 1550 gnb weighs 200gs. I ordered lower mah packs to see the difference and omg I haven't touched the 1550s in a month now.
Mobula8 frame is quite fragile in my experience. The standoffs where the canopy screws into break off or where the whoop ducts meet the motor beams snap at the joint. I cannot get the petrel over here unfortunately.

I've got a QAV-S JohnnyFPV frame with an Infinity AIO, Avatar HD, and Stan FPV 2604 1690 KV motors. It's 601g UAW with a 6s GNB 1300 mah HV. I bought it complete from a dude on Bardwell's discord because it was a sweet deal. I was pretty unsure if I'd like it at all when I got it, but I love it. Flies super smooth and hangs upside down forever. It's kind of a breath of fresh air compared to my more "traditional" Apex EVO build with a GoPro on top.
