Katie Wilken is a high school teacher in Rapid City, SD during the school year, a ranch hand on her family’s ranch in Meadow, SD during the summer, and shares baking content on her RU-vid channel all year round. She has enjoyed reading cookbooks and baking with her grandma from a very young age and began doing desserts for weddings in high school. Since then, she has done numerous weddings, created countless birthday cakes, and started a RU-vid channel where she uses her loves of teaching and baking to share ideas. That’s lovely but metal kills the enzymes / could you put a plastic bowl inside it ? And then use a plastic whisk? Hence why they use wooden sticks to get honey out ❤
