Man, it doesn't exactly work entirely on its own, but the way things sort of shift and twitch in and out of existence depending on where you stand would be a nice effect to add to a more structured Backrooms video.
AI logic is apparent here. Beer is diuretic and makes you pee, therefore people who drink beer must need to pee all the time or they like to pee. Ergo, people who like beer must enjoy drinking it close to the toilet. Logic is legit.

I feel like you’d have to only use ai generation for the backrooms and like actually voice act it, otherwise the unsettling part gets wattered down by everything being generated
