I'm Mudith - a junior doctor working in Sydney, Australia and in a past life used to spend all my time jumping over bars for fun. Videos centred around the optimisation of all life things are what I'm about, no matter how abstract that may be.
very nice including the links and references in the description; wish the books shown were also included. So I will share them in comments for easy reference. Thanks!
.. as a German Biologist - from my own experience and life long observations it is our systemic Over Rewarding “too Much! Is never Enough!” - Mick Jagger, 1982... how should i control my mind to focus only on that particular task while on deep work ? for example, i sit for an hour to write a script and i should only think about that right while in deep work mode, but rather i think about what will i say on the call with my friend , what will i do on weekend today , or maybe just few past and future thoughts, so how can i control my mind to just focus on work ?? please guide me with that.
Love to see videos that way ! - It needs to be pushed from the employees to the hospitals - to see what is possible and get creative push. Thanks for sharing and making such rich videos. Keep on !
Hi, was wondering how do you integrate the timeular tracking into your things 3 workflow? Or are they completely separate? A video on this might be pretty interesting. Cheers!
Looking forward to seeing some more of your videos!!! Good luck with growing your channel! Do you know about Promosm??? You could use it to promote your channel!!!
The point on tracking time is so key. I will often war-game a bunch of stuff before exams, only to find out the tasks take way longer/shorter than I had anticipated. The end result is that my calendar falls apart and productivity suffers.
