I am very disappointed in the customer service. I have been trying to get help with an account for over a week and no one has gotten back to me after scheduling a call or responded to the email.
Clever idea...still.do not really understand the clear benefit. I think this is the right path to making the discovery, but you're still have a very long way to go. Explain how this is in any way like Community? Explain how this isn't a new way to get bombarded with spammy nonsense? What am I missing here? I can see how it might be great for brands so long as they can round up enough suckers to give out their phone #, but how is it good for me? Special offers? C'mmon.
Great question. You only get messages from people and brands that you sign up for. You are free to stop messages just like any newsletter or email subscription. Generally our leaders and brands send out coupon codes, exclusive deals, presale tickets to movies, merch drops and so much more. And of course often times just chat with their fans and followers
@@incommunity it is an interesting idea. But it's still confusing. Say subscribe to someone's number and we begin a dialogue. Who is privy to that conversation? Just I and that other person, or is the conversation somehow more public, as the name "Community" would suggest?
