I can recall a short time leading up to "covid" I had intense feelings of not wanting to be around people. Sure, enough it came into fruition. The lockdowns and separation occurred. I used that period constructively and productively. Going forward I am ever so careful of my thoughts, feelings and use of my imagination internally and externally. The only outcomes now I imagine are good ones that don't have to come at an expense.
