Just an Australian Vet out fighting fires and Playstation gaming with friends. I'm a cautious slow and steady MILSIM type of player, rather than a hip firing killbot. I prefer to not die every time i load in. lol
Thanks for dropping by for a look at my videos. I'll never be a content creator, but if you like the videos, likes and subscribes will at least keep me posting videos online because you folks want to watch them too. 👍
Unfortunately some of us don't have a voice worthy of public broadcast 😂 Eating much smoke as a firefighter the last 20 years has given my throat hell and even i hate to hear my own voice at times. In my gameplay, for the viewers sake, silence is golden 😂
@@paullatina7413 I've usually sat with the 416 shorty, MP5, M509A1 and Scorpio Scout, but am enjoying trying new weapons i've not even previously upgraded. Almost 1000 hours in the game and last night was the first time i'd picked up an AK to run with.
Yeah me too. If i'm just soloing across the map (i prefer to walk, drive etc than fast travel), i'll use it and the game map to take bearings. Otherwise when playing a mission with my MILSIM discord unit I use the compass for target indication. Thanks for the comment, mate. Appreciated.
They would take usually put the helmets on once the shit it the fan. 1980s they'd run around in Ireland with just their red berets but I think they are more of a magnet to be honest. Total respect for the regiment worked with a guy had 25 years in the para. Big I think it was signals on the other arm huge tats
No time for helmets once the AI start killing everyone. lol I actually held fire on the enemy commander near the helipad as I saw his red beret and thought it was one of my AI. i was thinking blue on blue but my AI mate decided to take him out for me, They were a bit of a target back in Northern Island. Wouldn't have been a fun place to have been deployed. Thanks for the comment mate. Apppreciated
This still felt mostly stealthy. Enjoyed watching nonetheless. My curiosity In regards to using no silencer, why not go in loud? I've noticed over the years players still play stealthy. I can't say I'm not a player who hasn't played stealthy, but as of last year and present, I find myself playing by going loud. There are some things I use and some I don't. I don't use no hud, but I'll have it set to the minimalist setting before absolute no hud. On my ps5 I don't use crosshairs, but since I use my xbox more, I have crosshairs on. I rarely use vehicles or bikes. I do use my drone on some compounds, not all. Primarily the large or extra large compounds. I'll use some character abilities depending on which character type I'm using. I don't use throwable items at all. I mostly use the health shots like everyone else. If I'm injured and need to use the big health kit I either skip using it if I'm almost done. If I'm not then I'll use it. I try not to heal as I enjoy fighting injured, adds a sense of realism. Hoping around and killing bad guys with the handgun feels movie scene like. Each compound I only use one gun. It's either a handgun only, an smg only or a shotty only. I try not to pick a compound, I like to just roam until I find one. Kill whoever is on my path on my hunt for a compound to conquer. This disables me to plan an attack. Forces me to stay sharp more. Once I enter I kill the first few individuals closest while standing in the open, then I run to cover and wait for every enemy to light up. From there I pick left or right of current cover. Then I start to pressure the compound as fast as possible. I do use cover (posting), but I try to keep a steady move and use cover to break constant line of sight instead of remaining stationary and stopping frequently. Pressure to completion or die. If I do go stealth, I try to stick with the knife only and optic camo. I have tried every gun, I ended up picking the bullpup PDR smg , M4 Shorty shotgun , and the snub nose bailiff 410 as my personal favorites. I only ever use single shot on the bullpup. Either one will put someone down quick. I do my best to not reload until empty.
Hi mate. Thanks for the comment. We have some similar ideas about gameplay. Going loud in a big base can go well, or go to hell really quick (for me). I do love running an LMG or a shotgun (M509A1 for me). I will often just patrol and deal with what comes my way, and in conquest mode i'll run towards the rebel contacts with the Bodarks. One thing i have done a few times is hike the map from point A to B. I'll simulate my aircraft going down and having to escape and evade to get home. I'll try to avoid contacts and not use vehicles, boats or helos. Also, no bivouacs. I'll carry minimal extras (2 grenades, binos, food and water) and ammo resupply is only off enemies i do take down. I'll use my compass on screen to navigate to waypoints (look at the map, pick a feature and move to it, then pick another). I have gone from the bottom of the map to Erewhon on foot before. I like to ADS my shots more as the lasers can be good or useless, but the scope always works . Keep making the game fun and challenging for yourself, as we still have a wait till the next edition 🤙
Good stuff bro. I love seeing Ghost Recon content…keep ‘em coming! Also, you should check out some of my last cinematic videos (short films)…I highly doubt you will be disappointed, and I bet they might give you a new unique gameplay perspective.
@@BreakingWildGaming Awesome! Yea, that base is pretty tough without thermals, especially if you have your settings set to maximize difficulty. Not sure I would ever try it without reliable team members. Lol.
Well done front line fire fights, the real heroes controlling fires then it’s back to the shed to clean and maintain equipment while admin personnel sit with recliner chairs and absorb the real firefighters effort. WELL DONE FRONT LINE FIRE FIGHTERS👍👍
Great footage and edit. I remember working with you at Medowie RFS from 2009-2011. You were a great role model for new volunteers and it looks like you've gone from strength to strength!
