I’m so fucking excited for this game mode, me and my best friend only really get to spend time playing video games together and finally I can force him to co-op with me on one of my favourite games >:]* he’s already decided to be a Happy Chaos main purely because of his theme song, so it’s going to be awesome.
Eddie being immune to burst would solve 80% of Zato's problems. The biggest issue is the fact that even if Zato predicts and baits the burst, Eddie will ALWAYS die and there is literally nothing Zato can do about it. The game punishes you for making a correct decision. That isn't just ridiculous, that's just awful game design. Make it so that if Zato blocks the burst, Eddie gets desummoned with full bar as if he blocked a regular attack. But if Zato gets hit by the burst, THEN he should lose Eddie. There, now Zato doesn't automatically lose if the opponent decides to use a system mechanic the game gives to them for free at round start.
Hopefully they make this a reality in the next patch, we just want to play the game without an instant kill eddie button. Thanks again for watching dude, hope you enjoyed the vid!
Hey man, it’s nice seeing a fellow Zato loyalist out there talking about our favorite character. I’m an intermediate skill Zato that didn’t even know about BTL sweeping burst until today and I’ve been playing for a year and a half. Your suggestions are more or less on point and I commend your spirit to keep trying with this guy. Great video and great ideas. Gonna be preaching the “Eddie returns to Zato off burst” idea to my friends.

Sooner than we thought?? We're halfway through 2024, the year they announced it to release. I thought it wouldve been here already. and yo is it a tag in-out type of mode? or is it1v1's happening consecutively? or where you all take turns and whoever wins the round goes on to fight next opponent?
They wouldve had it out sooner but they spent all their time making Bridget merch From what I gathered from the video, Its gonna move away from straight 1v1's as they said they wanted it to be something guys who dont play fighting games will enjoy, it might be tag team mode, but i think that players will all be onscreen and fight simultaneously in someway. Like the guilty gear isuka they showed in the video
@@CrumblyPencil all fighting on the screen is terrible. Worst idea of all time. It should be like lost arks team elimination mode. Tag team sucks, and all on screen fighting is even dumber. Terrible idea. Team elimination let's everyone show their skills as their friends watch for one round and then their teammate and enemy teammate fight, and everyone else spectates.
Checked out that lost ark elim mode and would be a good way to put 3v3 in guilty gear. If they did it like that I would love it if there were a post game chat were you could talk trash to the other team in between matches We’ll see what the arcsys team has in store for us.
@@CrumblyPencil yeah I really do think it would be the best way to do it. And tbh I think it's the only way the mode would be successful. If you look, most tag fighters are dead. Even fighterZ is dead, look at mk1. I think the team elim mode is the true way to play with your friends, but be engaged and involved when you're not currently the one playing. And since tag fighters are generally bad, and I really think all 3 on screen would be hot garbage, it's the only way.
@@DukesUp1 Would hate for arcsys to release it and for it to turn into a dead gamemode fr, this could really keep the game fresh for everyone. I dont think it potentially being a tag team mode will be the worst thing in the world, ill have to see whats it like. Also thanks for watching the video, every view helps
