I agree, for about two years it worked fine and then when it started to have issues, the company ghosts you unless you purchased their extended warranty. I even offered to pay them to send someone and they stated not unless the Tech determines it and we have not had contact back from the Tech.

Problem with this thing is that it DOES crumble a little bit. Leaves little bits on the roller, you can even see in the video. These then melt and flatten on the roller. Needing the roller hot and spinning then just causes these to build up as well. I've found keeping a slightly damp cloth on hand to rub these off is best. Still doesn't seem like the best way.
