I've seen arlo 3 times. He's an Ohio boy just like myself. 513 Now since I've lived in Memphis area for 3 years. I can't wait for him to come back here. So real and genuine. Smaller venues. Intimate
I've seen him busk in Nashville years later RU-vid pulls up this video of him. Of all the music and buskers that you could choose from in Nashville I would just sit down and just listen to him for hours. I'm no longer homeless I live in Indiana again and I was glad to see you 10ish months ago at the hi-fi.
I saw him in concert at The Wharf last summer at Gulf Shores and he was AWESOME! He sounded as good live as he does on his recorded songs and his guitar playing was awesome, too. I love his music and he's a great guy as well.
I was lucky enough to hear a snippet of the new Yes Ma’am album, & it’s a masterpiece. Lil Matt slid thru mid Kissin and Cryin tour, & we had a blast in NOLAW!!
I can't get enough of Jason's music. He is such an important part of modern country and folk. Love it. I'm late to the party but I'm here. Thx for this interview
Bottom line: if you can't control your emotions in a heated situation or a moment of impulse, you're still a child. A real man knows the importance of humbling himself, taking pride in everything that you do and having integrity and truth on your side. I remember an interview that Ben did where he says that he understands the importance of music, "you can literally change the world". Ben has literally changed the way that I look at things in a lot of different ways simply by the way he puts together his lyrics and melodies that help me or sometimes force me to reflect.
This kid is gonna be big time! Love his music and his voice is very unique and not something you here everyday. I think him and colter wall could make a badass song together with their deep azz voices..
I only just now saw this. Tell Matt “Oy!” from Mizu. Matt stayed at my place with Jules. They sure did brighten our island with their music. Kekaha will never be the same til he/they come back to visit Put that tree work away, it’ll just grow another year taller. Missing Matt Heckler
I saw Jason Dea West is back on for the Backwoods festival! Are there gonna be any contests to win tickets?! My wife and I have been to a bunch in Indy and would love to go here if we can make it happen!
Thank for interviewing her. I just got introduced to Miss Emily a few days ago and am immersing myself in her music. Nice to know a little of her background. Been listening to Hell of a Woman, On the Ranch and her new singles. I just love her sound, songs, arrangement, musicians. The only place she's playing in New Mexico 5-6 hours down south but I definitely looking at making the trip. Cheeers!!!
I’m 22 and I won’t be sober anytime soon, but I have been making music since I was 8 and I resonate with Ben heavily. One day I’ll be content being sober, and lord knows I’ve tried, but it ain’t my time. Nonetheless, I appreciate this interview heavily.
I hate him he's coming to Maine and they keep promoting it constantly he looks ridiculous on-stage shimming sham dancing to a song called I'm fancy like Applebee's
Dude- get the pronunciation of her last name right. How insulting…horrible. She is a superstar now, she was being VERY gracious to even give you her time. Get her last name right. Geez.
