I use elbow sleeves because they're not as tight. They're not really doing much to be honest. Just keep the joints warm. These are actually XL size knee sleeves cause I couldn't find elbow sleeves my size without paying a lot of money some years ago lol... So I kept them.
Advice from your little brother: Buy an electronic hand grip strength meter because if you open that plastic box you will find that it is just an incomplete, cheap and unreliable toy. The same situation happened to me. I noticed that the indicator did not move from a certain number. My hand became stronger, so I opened it and was surprised by what I saw. I was scammed by the seller. I also see that your hands are much stronger than the number you see.
@@زيكو-ط5ب great point! I also opened it and it was badly made lol... Almost broke it trying to unscrew the plastic. I'm doing so many different things right now that grippers and dynamometers have taken a back seat unfortunately. I'll get back to them after my powerlifting contest next month 💪
260kg ain't happening yet sorry lol! Another thing I noticed is that my recovery after the raw squats was super fast. Between sets I mean. No gasping, no hard breathing. I couldn't believe it.

@@DrEpic123 @DrEpic123 this fucking comment! You made my day. I've been having issues since 2015, done every kind of therapy under the sun and have practiced all kinds of stretching, mobility and physio exercises. I'm a certified strength coach, which stemmed from my issues in the end of 2015 since I was looking for better ways to train. I am grateful, at the same time I ponder how much further I could have gotten in the sport. Pain is a great teacher but it can also become your worst enemy. For me it's both. I'm sorry you can't train anymore due to back issues and I promise you I don't take it for granted. Yes the quadratus lumborum along with hips and glutes can assist greatly, psoas as well. I've mentioned all this in my first book Conjugate Iron. I'm also finishing my 2nd book as we speak, it's about hypertrophy for powerlifting. You can find the links to my free articles in the description box and you might find the article on the deadlift I wrote interesting. I appreciate your support. I'm going to post your comment on my Instagram sometime this week. Thanks again 🙂
@@GraveStrong I was so frustrated with my recent physical struggles that I nearly walked out. Did a set for 2, then 5 and then went berserk and did the 9. Almost passed out lol
