I like this drill. Learning through feeling constant mistake - in contrast to the functional parts - is a widely underestimated qualitiy of quite a lot FMA drills.
Ive heard that a lot, the more n more i keep doing my research they are vastly different, fma what you are seeing here is more realistic and practical compared to wing chun, wing chun works on the average joe but really wont work in mma
Great content. Wish the camera had been pulled back a bit so we could see more of the mechanics and punch targeting. It's always more effective when you can see the boxer and dummy from the hips up.
