That's great it's a laptop right ? Before installation check the system requirements (Google it) You might easily run Photoshop CC2018 or above - but remember if you don't have the dedicated graphics card it will cause some issues... In certain areas overall works fine. Actually the graphic card is used in 3d, filters, rendering etc and I think it does not make your work slow. You can do the majority of the work with ease..!!
