Yes, the symptoms are disruptive to day to day life on some cases. Adopting a wholefoods diet, taking supplments, and eliminating sugar improves symptoms.
Eating food in season helps your body to utilise different food sets and also helps the body fast or go through a fallow period. Like in rotational farming leaving the land to rest and regain nutrients
Hiya, ab separation can be repaired or improved significantly with physical therapy. I binded my stomach after giving birth for a few weeks following- This helped support my muscles natural healing. I then started with core training of the deep muscles which significantly closed the gap. Mine hasn't closed completely but I'm not affected physically (i went from 5 fingers to 3). I had 5 kids back to back so kind of expected.
Your body weight is fine or use canned food. Go slow, brace your core and use your breath to drive the movement. Doing this has helped strengthen my core alot.
Hi, sorry to hear this. Your experience is true of what's commonly experienced postpartum. recovery takes longer than the 9 months in 9 months out we often hear. Have you checked if you have ab separation? (Diastasis recti) There are video guides online to check for this. Following a postpartum pilates routine helped me a lot as a weak core can cause back pain. Core exercises that strengthen the transversus abdominis.
Thank you so so so much, this sessions very enjoyable encouraging, I like your voice , I also enjoyed the food topic that you talk about . Many thanks again 🎉😊🎉❤😅🎉❤xxxx
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback; it really helps with planning future content. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the session and found it valuable. Your kind words definitely brought a smile to my face. Thanks again! 😊
Thank you for sharing! I’ve picked up bits of Yoruba over the years; such a rich language! In Cameroon, we also call fried plantain "dodo" and "planti" when it’s boiled. Interesting how languages and cultures overlap.
2👍Wow !! Great presentation, GOD BLESS YOU DEAR , HAVE A NICE TIME Amazing dear pretty sister, very beautiful , wonderful coverage , greetings from HONG KONG @richscenic
love your voice and videos!!! thank you so much~! have been seeing incredible results with your megan the stallion video and i am excited to try this one~
I literally have Meagan's new film paused in my split screen, seeking fitness vids re: her, b/c she looks *FANTASTIC* in it. I am now inspired by her, when I never was before. You're right, the key is to get up off the 🛋 (or the 🛌🏽 for me). At home I can be so lazy (and quite exhausted), but what's crazy is that I literally do these exercises in the pool, typically ~3x/wk! I just freestyle my own routine, and all of these are legit included. The resistance from the water helps, but I'm realizing that it's time for me to step it up, using the pool weight. I'd rather use wristbands, but I don't think they're safe, being that I must be in the water to my _neck_ in order to maximize the benefit. I just need to work on neck-stretching more.
I know right, I love how she enjoys overall and through fashion as well. Sounds like you're going at your own pace and building on what you enjoy. Water aerobics is no joke! We're in this for the long haul💪🏽
She is absolutely correct about an abundance of information about diet and exercise information online, at the library, doctors, studies, etc. Jackie has never claimed to be a fitness/diet expert. And she can run into legal issues with that kind of advice if she isn't an expert.
It can be helpful to see how others stay fit, as there’s always something to learn - but ultimately, it's her decision what to share. It's a hard position to be in because she's responsible for what she shares but once it leave her mouth, she can't control how the information is interpreted and applied.
Hey, AfroGirlFitness. Your videos are Awesome, But I noticed that if you update your channel in some places that could significantly boost our channel’s growth. If you are interested, then I will share and explain to you.
